“Shoutout to our local community heroes! Talk about an icon when it comes to reliable sources whenever you have any moving needs. It's been the same all my life. They have everything needed: blankets, boxes, dolly's, tape, plastic wrap, bubble wrap, straps, locks, paper to use for dishes, fragiles, etc. All sizes of vehicles for any need. We really needed over the four weekend and it was just what our budget could afford. We had ramp to use right to our front porch for easier loading and unloading. The model of our vehicle had room for three people, which added extra convenience to have enough people to help move. It's an easy process, but bless these employees, because some customers are grumpy, rushing, and demanding. So don't be that person, make nice, act like what you want to be treated. Appreciate the staff that are trying to help you help yourself. This crew is nice”
“When I made my reservation with Uhaul, it was at a different location but something happened to the truck that was reserved so they sent me to this location that also have trucks! The place they reserved a truck for me was YourSpace Storage where Ms. Ella Johnson (Property Manager), David Beckett and Veronica Wheeler treated me so nicely! The place was clean, the people there had Great Customer Service skills, they were just wonderful to work with! I picked up the truck but ran over when I was supposed to return it, and Ms. Ella gave me a little more time! When I returned the truck I had to wait on a ride! I was allowed to charge up my cellphone and offered a cup of coffee and water while I waited! These guys are terrific! As I waited for my ride I saw several storage customers come in and they seemed satisfied with the business too! So if you need a Uhaul truck or storage, go see these guys! Thank you Ms. Ella and staff for your help and service! I appreciate you all!”

“Great place. We had 2 drop 2 trucks off separate days. One truck had serious mechanical issues. By the time we dropped off they had already called their higher ups without us asking and got us refunded the extra days we used the truck. Super clean facility and they inspect every truck you return. Will use them in the future again.”

I picked up 4 trailers and a box truck and must've bugged her at least 10 times about wires, liftgate cords, extra keys Vin numbers etc. And every time she was extremely communicative and very fast and got done everything I asked. She also was extremely knowledgeable and literally answered all 50 questions that I had. I will do all my business at this location for her great customer service alone. Very impressed thank you”

“Rented a truck here several months ago to help my mom-in-law. Went here because the other place we had reserved from weeks earlier cancelled an hour before we were going to head out to get the truck that morning. Wonderful start for us. So we hopped online and saw this place. Made the reservation, called to confirm, and then hopped in our car and showed up.Nice small place with a couple of guys inside both renting U-Haul trucks and trailers and doing machined embroidery (which is actually their main business: logos and such on jackets, hats, etc.). Checkout was really easy. Did our stuff with the truck and returned a few hours later. Handed the man back his keys and we happily went home.There are a few complaints about them having odd hours/closing early. He told me if we return after they close (2 pm-ish???), simply put the keys in their dropbox in front and they'd bill us appropriately. This isn't rocket science people: Look at a business's hours and if they aren't exactly to your liking, get over it and adjust. These guys make it easy.They were just so nice and easy to deal with. More businesses need to be like this.”
