“This experience was exactly how buying a mattress should be. 1) get greeted by the associate (Ian was great). 2) Associate listens to what you need and shows three options. 3) you pick the mattress and proceed to checkout. 4) every item you need is double checked with you before you leave the store.
I was in the store for less than 20 minutes and was never pressured on up sells, but was simply asked if we were interested in any of the extras, which we did take the mattress protector.

The sales associate was so friendly and helpful and pointed me towards testing mattresses with the exact specifications that I was looking for. Delivery was quick and easy and they even removed my old mattress. The delivery crew was kind, helpful, and clean. And the new mattress is absolutely divine! Pricing was reasonable and overall it was a 5 star experience! Highly recommend!”

Delivery was on time and the crew was professional. They set up the sofa, removed the packaging, and made sure everything looked right before leaving.

“Bought a very firm mattress and 2 end tables. I needed taller end tables since new mattresses are very thick. The sales woman was excellent and helpful. The only concern I have is Gavigans does NOT take away the old mattress. You need to get a third party involved and pay them. Now the man who took away my old mattress was strong, did a great job and his cost was fair. BUT STILL!!”
