“Talk to a person, not a chatbot! Get your questions answered when you call, or leave a message and get a call back within the hour. Yes, that still happens in 2024. You can even meet with someone in person if you do not want to submit everything on-line. For me, I make fewer mistakes when I sit across from a person and they walk me through the process. Yes, you can do that here, and it is just as quick as the on-line lenders, and I do not worry about security of sensitive information. Thank you, Rosedale Federal, thank you Tracy!”

“This bank offers truly free checking with no strings. Great rates on auto loans and personal loans, doesn’t scam people like Freedom Federal Credit union does. All of the staff are wonderful and polite especially Christina the branch manager who is a pleasure to do business with. The app works great and even has a portal where you can message the bank directly to request checks or replacement bank cards. There are no fees to transfer money between checking and savings (unlimited). I highly recommend this bank. You will not be disappointed.”

“I called this branch on a Saturday Laura answered she was very nice and professional.I had a question about bank accounts and she gave me the information I needed..I called 3 other branches and they would not answer the phone I left a message at one on Thursday 5/27 in the morning the Voice mail said we will get back to you in 24 hours ( really a day to return a call) well its been 3 days !!
