“I recently reached out to Old Town Editions for an assessment of an old “Tin-Type” photo taken in the early 1900s. Two of the images were so faded they were barely visible to the naked eye. Old Town did an amazing job digitizing both images and even developed a third one that wasn’t initially visible. They were delivered promptly that afternoon, however, I noticed one set of the 24" x 36" was incomplete. I called them up about this and the shop sounded surprised that it was missing but they promised to print and deliver to me today. Fingers crossed. REJOINDER: prints were delivered the next day which was still okay.”

“The three employees working at #4832 on 8/2 at 1:50pm were awesome. I came into the store with two skateboards, which are unusual sizes and depths, ie not really a traditional thing to ship, and they figured out what box would be best and then how we could cut it a little bit to make sure that it fit, and that I wasn’t paying extra for no reason. The female employee proposed using a golf club box instead of one for fine art, and it worked PERFECTLY! These kids - and I say that out of respect because younger employees get a lot of flak these days - went above and boyond in their customer service and should be recognized for setting a new standard.”

Went into the UPS store to return products from AT&T did not feel very confident about the return process, walk to the counter, a young lady name Paris seemed full of confidents ask how she could help me? I pulled out all my paperwork that I had prepared upon coming to the store. With her Calm demeanor, , she exclaimed, I would not need all the paperwork… She was so calm and professional. I decided to step back and see what she could do… in less than three minutes, she had unpacked my perfectly packed wrapped box, which took me more than an hour to do. Scan the product , and said that was it. Very nice job and customer service, Paris?! I could’ve gotten upset. But within that short period of time, she gave me my receipt and she was done… I looked at my receipt. Everything seem to be in order… so I told Paris thank you very much for your help and have a good day. An I was on my way?! Can’t make this up… Had a couple of errands to run, got home by the time I check my emails. AT&T send me a email, said that they received my return!? goes to show you what can happen if we just step out of our way sometimes! Excellent job Paris and thank you very very much…?????UPS keep her?”

“I’ve been using Parcel Plus for years and always appreciated the service and friendliness of everyone I encountered. But this past experience went so above and beyond that I had to write a review and thank Mozique in particular. I dropped off a package on Wednesday night to be mailed Priority for tracking bc I was mailing my son’s passport for his upcoming trip. On Friday morning, I went to pull up the tracking and it still said, “Awaiting Pickup”—what??! I called Parcel Plus in a panic worried it was still sitting there or worse lost/stolen. Mozique looked up my transaction and tracking and said he needed to investigate more and would call me back. Now I’m really panicking! He called about 20 min later to say he’d pulled up the security camera footage and saw that USPS had picked up my package but they must not have scanned it. Most people would then say, Not our fault, good luck! But Mozique said, I’m going to call USPS and find out what happened. Later that day, he called me back to say it was in Merrifield and that the tracking should update soon. I was relieved to know someone had found it in Merrifield but it was still frustrating that the tracking said “Awaiting pickup” as of Friday night! I paid extra for the tracking for a reason. The next morning before I even hit refresh on the tracking, Mozique called me to say the status had updated to “Out for Delivery” between 9 am and 1 pm. I was so thankful! He kept checking on the status and calling me with updates, which is way more than USPS or another packaging place would do. Thank you so much, Mozique! The Belle View Parcel Plus will have my business for as long as I live here!”

“May 2022 - I was referred to ASAP Printing by Staples in Potomac Yard and I'm so grateful that they did. I was 5 days out from my wedding and I was unable to print the escort cards on my home computer. I emailed ASAP and they quickly said that they could do it - my escort cards were completed on Thursday (order sent on Tuesday) and they were perfect.
