“I recently reached out to Old Town Editions for an assessment of an old “Tin-Type” photo taken in the early 1900s. Two of the images were so faded they were barely visible to the naked eye. Old Town did an amazing job digitizing both images and even developed a third one that wasn’t initially visible. I am thoroughly pleased with the digital results they produced from the original photo and highly recommend their restoration services to anyone with precious photographic memories. The staff is knowledgeable and easy to work with.”

She seen that I was in a rush and she handled all the shipping, printing, & notary in such a timely friendly manner. Keep up the great work Cindy, if only I got this kind of customer service on the daily. God bless her heart.”

“I have been a customer here for a couple of years. It gets busy and the area for customers is a bit cramped once that happens. I have had a few experiences with unprofessional individuals on the staff, however, the majority of the staff are pleasant and congeal. There have been ones who seemed a bit “short” with me. Everyone is prone to having an off day, from time to time. I give people the benefit of the doubt once. After that, I just avoid them. I do enjoy the fact that my packages are always secure and stored with care. I have always received my mail, and have had it forwarded to me when I’m in Sweden, when I needed something important from the box. All in all it’s a good little spot for basic mailbox, printing and shipping services.”

“We had an excellent experience at this The UPS Store location, thanks to LaShawn. We needed to ship five boxes across the country ahead of a conference and coordinate having them held for pickup, which could have easily been complicated. LaShawn made the entire process smooth from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful over the phone, followed up with clear and timely emails, and made sure every detail was handled correctly. What really stood out was her follow-through—she personally called to confirm the shipment arrived, checked on the pickup, and ensured the return shipment went just as smoothly. That level of care and communication is rare. Truly outstanding service. Thank you, LaShawn!”

“I've had a few not great experiences with Office Depot printing department at this location with people not wanting to help/not knowing what they're doing but I recently went on a day when Roger & Jethro were working and they were a great help for the printing project that I needed. They took the time to help fix it and make it look the way it was supposed to look. I highly recommend asking for either of them to help with your printing project! It was great to have someone help me who knew exactly how to work the machines and how to fix my project.”

“May 2022 - I was referred to ASAP Printing by Staples in Potomac Yard and I'm so grateful that they did. I was 5 days out from my wedding and I was unable to print the escort cards on my home computer. I emailed ASAP and they quickly said that they could do it - my escort cards were completed on Thursday (order sent on Tuesday) and they were perfect. The cost was even better than what I had looked at with different online printing vendors. I will definitely consider ASAP for future needs and am grateful that they gave me the piece of mind that I needed during a very busy week. Thank you!”

“Came here to do amazon drop off; staff was really nice. Also ended up looking to buy a computer which was in stock. Staff was friendly and professional. Their store had plenty of supplies in stock. Ultimately I had to go back and return the computer for a different non-Staples related reason, but the staff handling the return was also friendly and professional. This staples is conveniently located within walking distance from the potomac yards metro stop.”

“I’ve been using Parcel Plus for years and always appreciated the service and friendliness of everyone I encountered. But this past experience went so above and beyond that I had to write a review and thank Mozique in particular. I dropped off a package on Wednesday night to be mailed Priority for tracking bc I was mailing my son’s passport for his upcoming trip. On Friday morning, I went to pull up the tracking and it still said, “Awaiting Pickup”—what??! I called Parcel Plus in a panic worried it was still sitting there or worse lost/stolen. Mozique looked up my transaction and tracking and said he needed to investigate more and would call me back. Now I’m really panicking! He called about 20 min later to say he’d pulled up the security camera footage and saw that USPS had picked up my package but they must not have scanned it. Most people would then say, Not our fault, good luck! But Mozique said, I’m going to call USPS and find out what happened. Later that day, he called me back to say it was in Merrifield and that the tracking should update soon. I was relieved to know someone had found it in Merrifield but it was still frustrating that the tracking said “Awaiting pickup” as of Friday night! I paid extra for the tracking for a reason. The next morning before I even hit refresh on the tracking, Mozique called me to say the status had updated to “Out for Delivery” between 9 am and 1 pm. I was so thankful! He kept checking on the status and calling me with updates, which is way more than USPS or another packaging place would do. Thank you so much, Mozique! The Belle View Parcel Plus will have my business for as long as I live here!”

“I only come in here to mass print for my job. Every time I go in Niecey in the printing departmentis always working hard trying to meet the demands of clients asking questions and taking care of other tasks. All while helping clients in the self service section. She helped me to refill my printer all while tending to customers. She is true multi tasker all while maintaining great customer service! She even helped me with putting my prints in a box so they wouldn't fly away (it was windy that day!). I'll keep coming back as long as she works that section. She does a great job and it reflects great for Staples.”

“Very friendly, and very knowledgeable. They take the time to explain things to you. They are cheaper than Staples and they can print to the edge, (with cut and bleed marks) something that Staples told me they can’t do.”

“I had the pleasure of visiting the Oxon Hill store to get some products for my dad’s Celebration of Life memorial service. I can’t say enough about Ashley who works in print and marketing at this store. No matter who long the line is she makes everyone feel like they are a VIP. She is so polite, professional and courteous. She takes her time with each customer to get an understanding of what they need and than explains thoroughly what she can do so they are clear on the expectations. She is very knowledgeable of the paper selection to be able to provide the correct paper weight, etc for your project. I ordered a memorial poster and programs for the service. She took her time explaining how to lay out the program in order for me to get the exact look I was going for. Because of Ashley I will be a repeat customer at the Oxon Hill store for my print needs. No matter how busy she is, she never gets frazzled, she always remains calm and provides Gold Star customer service to each and every customer. Hands down she is a top-tier Customer Service Representative.”
