“This market is highly recommended, It is a very clean store and the owner is very pleasant and corteous with a very nice welcoming his clients. The store carries a variety of international groceries .Thye also serve take out hot food Lebanese style and Persian style. Above all the store is very organaized and deserves a 5 stars rating.”

“I am ALWAYS astounded by the superb customer service provided by Evan at the pharmacy in Harris Teeter Copley Place. He is always pleasant and always efficient. Not only does he go above and beyond when I (foolishly) run in for a last minute Rx, but when I frantically called regarding an emergency Rx for my mother he told me to hit the highway and get there before closing. I got there close to 8pm and he processed my mother’s Rx with 10min to spare. I can’t say enough about him.

The customer service is excellent I don’t know why some people are writing bad review on it. The young man helped carry my bags to my car and put them in there. He didn’t have it but he do that is extra care service. I couldn’t have done it since I had a baby with me. Also coming from east Africa, we lack our specialty foods here(USA) but I found a few things at this location from my home country it surely warmed my heart ?. Great job ?? bravo ??.”

“I came to buy some groceries and all the fridges were broken, milk was not available so one employee indicated to come the following day at 6am. I came the following day at 7am and still no milk available. A second employee asked me to come back later during the day. While she was still talking a third employee, a young one, asked me what kind of milk I needed. He stopped what he was doing and went to get one gallon of milk. Then the second employee said that he, the third employee was trying to help everybody. Is not what all the employees should do? Unfortunately I did not get the name of the third employee, he really deserves praise, and a raise for what he is doing. He really enjoys his work and keeps the customers happy.”
“Very clean lots of parking my complaint is the assistant manager she has a bad attitude not just me but to another customer and to raise her voice to her staff is unbelievable I would love to continue shopping here but I do hope the corporate will speak to her about the way she treats customers and her staff! for now I shop else where...I give the store,its departments and workers except for assistance manager 5 stars because it's one bad apple out of the bunch!”
“I cannot believe openhandpasta only has four reviews! I also can't believe I have taken this long to leave one, considering we've been enjoying this food for months.This kitchen displays a delicate and considerate touch. Every dish is fresh and seasoned perfectly.I do have to cook the pasta longer than recommend but that may be due to local factors, easy to test a peice and confirm its where you want it.Each week a different set of dishes and it is helpful to have some skill at cooking.We order every single week now, thank you chefs!”
“Whole Foods Market in Kentlands is a great location, especially if you go early in the morning on a weekend. It’s calm, well-stocked, and easy to get in and out without the crowds. After 10 AM, it definitely gets busier, so I recommend going early if you can.
There’s plenty of parking right out front, which makes the whole experience super convenient. You can also do grocery pickup through the Amazon app, which is a great option when you’re short on time or want to skip the in-store shopping altogether.
On weekend mornings, the store is clean and organized, with fresh, high-quality produce and a solid selection of products. I also appreciate the meat bar—it’s something the Whole Foods I used to go to in Virginia didn’t have, and it adds a nice variety to the shopping experience.
Their bakery is great too—the carrot cake and tiramisu are especially delicious, super moist and flavorful.
That said, the customer service could use improvement. I had a question during one visit and felt like I was brushed off instead of helped. It was disappointing, especially at a store known for quality.
Overall, it’s a convenient and reliable place to shop, but I hope to see a bit more friendliness from the staff in the future.”

“I love this Safeway. Employees are all polite and quick to help me if needed. Produce is fresh. ostly well stocked and offers many options in terms of products and sales. I would have given it 5 stars if management was consistently aware of when employees are needed on the cash registers as lines begin developing. I love it when the manager on duty quickly helps with checking out customers if needed. A few do - bravo for them. I am older and it is a challenge for me to use self-checkout. I often wait unnecessarily to be checked out.”
“I come to this place to get meat, salt fish and other items that you won't typically find in the regular grocery stores like giant or shoppers. The employees are nice. The only problem I have is the length of time it takes to get service in the meat department. A lot of it is indecisive customers picking and choosing which piece of meat they want. It's a deterrence especially if I just want to be in and out or under time constraints.”
“Brenda at the Customer Service desk is the best!!! I came her to purchase an EZ Pass for my vehicle and Brenda greeted me with a warm smile and offered her assistance. There were no passes at the customer service desk so she advised she had to go to the office to retrieve more, which was fine with me. Upon her return she processed my transaction, filled the gaps with some friendly chatting and before long I was on my way. Easy breezy! What little bit of the store I did see was clean and well maintained. There is plenty of parking since the store is the centerpiece of the shopping center.”
