I was here for what I had thought was a simple transaction, renewing the annual fee of a safety box. However, the process turned a lot more complicated than I thought and I had two ladies who patiently helped me by consistently brainstorming the best solution. Together, they must have spent about an hour assisting me.
I suspect if I had gone to a different branch, I would’ve been turned away with a “sorry, please call customer service”. I am so glad I came to this branch! I wish I lived closer because it would really reassure me to live close to a Capital One location with these amazing ladies (in my haste, I didn’t at have the opportunity to ask for their names)

We then made an appointment to open a business account, and Mr. Thomas was extremely polite and helpful throughout the entire process. “So after going overseas and back and overseas and back and not accessing this account for a while, I got a notice that the account was going to be closed and maybe something about funds going to the state. Given that it has been difficult to try to log on because I lost my debit card I just went inside. And today they helped me out, it was really efficient and secure. I had to pay my bill somewhere more than my bank limit, therefore called to the online service person, they tried to help me but somehow I filled the wrong information on online than their given instructions so that my transaction got blocked off, therefore I decided to visit here Trust office.
Yesterday when I stepped in here three lady at the front cashier/ teller welcomed me. I told two of them about my problem. They reply me to do same, make a call to the online person again (I know it is the system, I have to call, but I had more problem). Even though, I requested them because I couldn’t do self, now a lady hols me for a while, meanwhile an another fourth lady from her table walks at me in the waiting hall and asks me to provide a service. After listening me, she takes me at her table and she makes a call to the online banking helping person takes about 30 minutes to fix my problem and paid of my bill more than bank limit successfully.
Again I really appreciate with her who notified me since I stepped in and helped me smoothly, although why not there was boring time while calling and holding phone period, she had no pain in her body language. I noticed young lady her name on her table in the business card was Ashley Howard (I believe) and other three ladies are awesome so nice and polite. God bless you all. Thank you so much.”

“I am not sure why some comments are not positive and/ or appreciative about this branch. Although, my own local branch is Linthicum, but a few times that recently I have been assisted by this branch, i have not seen and experienced anything but help, friendliness, professionalism, and enthusiastic customer service. during my last visit(s) I was assisted by one of the most wonderful tellers, Alley, and as always by the great manager of this location, Ms. Krystal. Krystal is very knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and a strong manager who goes extra mile to help the customer in the best way possible. Alley who I know her from my own branch and from long time ago is just a gem to Wells Fargo. She is so polite, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous to everybody. “I’ve been banking with this branch for over 15 years, I love everything about it from the location to the tellers!! Great transition from Sandy Spring to Atlantic, still have to get used to some new app features but everything else is great. It would be nice if there was an ATM at my location to where we didn’t have to get out of our vehicle for security purposes but other than that A++”
