“The Backstage outlet far exceeds other Macy's Backstage locations that I have experienced. I was surprised to see the size and selection available. The prices are very affordable and the staff was very friendly. As expected, there were some boxes on the retail floor that were waiting to be unloaded and things in the wrong places which made the experience more like a Scavenger Hunt. However, it is very worth the trip!”

They have a great selection of shoes and clothing. I even bought the dress displayed in the picture because I liked it that much. “There's a decent shoe selection here, there were a lot of items off the shelves and we came in on a Sunday, so they could've restocked within the week. We were greeted on our way in and asked by staff if we needed help while shopping. We were also thanked for stopping in, (even though we didn't purchase anything) which was a nice touch as we left.”

“This is my go to place for cleaning and restoring all my shoes. It was much easier to take my favorite pair of Js or Air Max to have them refreshed rather than trying to find them again and paying the high prices now. In a time of things being so exspensive this place is a def go to for me. Also you can donate shoes so if you have shoes you do not know what to do with donate them so they can go to someone that needs them.”

My husband wasn't hefty enough to fit anything in this store, however, he was kind enough to refer us to another store in the mall where we did find something for him to wear.
