I felt well attended and my problems were heard and understood. If you guys aren't paying him more, you should, as far as T-Mobile employees go, Jay is a shining star. ?”

“PAY ATTENTION!
Sean at this location is an absolute God-send. He helped me with a difficult issue and discovered that I was taken advantage of at the corporate store in Frederick. Long story short, he remedied that AND helped me save a lot on my monthly bill.
He was with me for close to 2 hours speaking with Verizon customer service. (Yeah, you read that correctly). 2 hours getting to tour all of the departments in Verizon due to call transfers. And then, there was the hold time. ?
I'm autistic, so, sometimes situations like that can be awkward. It wasn't like that at all with him. He made me feel comfortable. He went out of his way to ensure I was getting the best service possible, both with his store and Verizon as a whole.
Sometimes, customer service jobs can be really horrible, but this was actually memorable. If you have the pleasure of his assistance, be kind to him. I promise, you won't be disappointed!!

“I had trouble with my IPhone 15 Plus and the cellular wasn’t working and it didn’t recognize the camera.
But I came in to this store and two very helpful staff helped me and lead me in the right direction.
Darrius and Britney both went way above and beyond to make sure that I was properly taken care of and help me transfer my data and everything over to my brand new phone I received! Can’t recommend them enough!! Please take the time and give them a visit, you won’t be disappointed!

I could of not asked for a better customer experience anywhere. I was taken care of by Lauren and Terry, who were both wonderful. They worked together like a well oiled machine to get my problem fixed. Terry has years in the business, and can probably fix any problem that is thrown at him. Lauren is a young attractive girl who is very savvy,and able to get things done. Together they are in the best next to none. But, even more important is how they treat there customers. The owner of the store is Jeremy . He should feel pretty comfortable knowing he has the best in the business working for him.”

But stay away from those crocks that go to the Walmarts thru a temp agency trying to sell you phones don't fall for there lies ,trust me your better off going to the actual store I've experienced those Walmart sells reps and they lie and are scammers but I'm in the process of taking care of them legally. Just save yourself the headache and go to the actually at&t stores”

YEARS NOW. We used to get 4 phones 100$ tax included. Very HONEST NO HIDDEN FEES. Now it's 4 phones $120 tax included. We Need this deal back. You'd have alot more customers. Service is great and I live in the mountains some places I don't get service but it has improved,.
I think you could be a little Senior FRIENDLY for us older people. It's hard do do stuff online. We need service at no extra charge. I do have an issue with Sales clerks UP SELLING, If most of us could afford we would. DONT PRESSURE PEOPLE BE HONEST WITH UP FRONT COST. That's my only real complaint. So 4 stars. I love that you can get 2 phones $50 this helps me put more food on my table. That is if you use automated payments. If u like me to do survey anytime I do love this company Merry Christmas ?”
