“I went in to U Break I Fix to get my phone a good cleaning and a check up. They had the most amazing fro t desk person. Sooooo nice and she was really cool to talk to. She looked at my phone and brought it in the back and in like 15-20 mins she came back with my phone. I was so grateful to have my phone back with everything working and they where fast to. “I needed my phone fixed - Front and back. When I called, she had the parts in stock and said she could get it fixed today. I jumped in my car, took the escalator up and veered right. I was met with a smile and was again reassured it would be fixed today. Sure enough, I was able to pick it up in the guaranteed timeframe. The gentleman who assisted me was equally as pleasant. It’s hard to find good customer service these days but this place does not disappoint!”

“Update Today May 13th another great encounter at the Pikesville location with Schneider very kind and helpful. Great demeaner........ I purchased a new phone as November/December 2024 as a result of what seemed to be corruption of my then existing phone. I have been a faithful customer for over 40 years. I had the pleasure of receiving service from Usman. He is knowledgeable polite patient thorough and professional. Usman took the time to make sure all of my data was transferred and even assisted with me getting the new phone connected to my car. After approximately 2 weeks the phone started getting extremely hot. I went to the store and unfortunately Usman was not there the two ladies were useless had no idea of what was going on and told me I could call Google. I take many photos and do lots of editing I'm a content creator as well as play games so I thought perhaps it was my usage. 2 to 3 weeks went by I go to the store again 2 more times same problem phone getting hot both times useless 3rd time guy looked at the phone and said it was my usage (same usage as on my previous phone that NEVER got hot) . I told him to note my account that again I came in and left the store. Same situation and phone really whacked out last night March 3 2025. I went to the store this morning and USMAN WAS THERE!!!! He ran diagnostics advised me of something I turned on that should be off gave some information about changes and he ran all my updates. As usual he is pleasant helpful knowledgeable patient and professional. If there is any recognition in place he deserves it. I will now only go in if he is there other than that I will go straight to headquarters I'm that kind of customer. I am sending an email to Verizon Headquarters as well to recognize and compliment Usman on his outstanding service. The only reason not 5 stars is because this is for the store”

“Elijah is a great addition to the AT&T team. We had an issue after coming over to AT&T from Verizon that was more technical in nature. Unfortunately, AT&T has a policy where there were no authorized users can be added for a full month. That meant we were just supposed to Have an unresolved issue for that period of time unless the account holder became available. Elijah was gracious enough to handle the issue for us, give us feedback and insight on what the issue may be, and take time out of dealing with customers in the store. He was patient, knowledgeable, nice, and the store environment was clean, calm, welcoming.”
“I had a great experience at this At&T store. The first time I came in was to ask about activating a phone, and the customer service was excellent and I received a better phone than I had anticipated.
I came back another day with my two kids, and the staff was incredibly patient, even with my busy 4 year old. They were so kind and welcoming to my daughter, helped her pick out her phone, and really made her feel heard- which meant a lot since she is a preteen.
I’m so glad I came into the store after dealing with customer service over the phone. Such a positive experience!”

“As long as Chris, Mike, and Ahmed work here I will never walk into another Verizon store but this hunt-valley location. I was on the phone dealing with the worst customer service rep and Chris talked to them for me and got my problem solved. Also Ahmed upgraded 2 of my devices and was very fast and efficient and made sure I didn’t wait long. Mike was great moral support. Also had issues with my iPad service Chris hit a button and instantly fixed the service issue.”
