“I was in a minor accident nearby and blew out my tire, I pulled in and asked if I could use their jack to put on the spare tire. One of the gentleman working in the shop came out and changed it for me, I offered to pay him and he refused. I want to thank Arbutus auto body and this young man for their kindness by helping me out when I was in need.”
“The owner picked me up near BWI and I had my car about fifteen minutes later. I saved a lot of money over renting at the airport location (which requires a shuttle ride from and to the airport) and the vehicle was entirely satisfactory. Plan on using Uber/Lyft/a taxi to get back to BWI; I used MTA and it takes half an hour to walk to the bus stop, sometimes in a busy road. I highly recommend Easy Car Rental.”
“I enjoy renting from NextCar. The front representatives are friendly & efficient. My only complaint is on two different occasions I have left items in the car and when i called back to retrieve them no one can seem to locate the items. I think any items left by customers should be taken to lost & found or the manager to login or contact the customer.”

“Doug’s a genius! He solved the issue with my minivan in 10 minutes and refused to take any money since he felt it was a straightforward pop rivet. Others had quoted almost $600 for a fix. Awesome guy and my go to auto body person from now on. In case you were wondering, yes despite his protests I insisted on paying him for his efforts :)”

“Came in a bit earlier than the scheduled pickup time. Was asked to wait a few minutes for the car to be cleaned. Then they said I would be getting a Chevrolet but the cleaning person hasn’t returned with the vehicle yet. So they decided to give me a small red car. I didn’t like the color as it was too loud, but it was all they had. The backseat had an unknown liquid puddle, they cleaned it up. I was almost gonna be on my way when they came and told me the Chevrolet was ready for me to swap into. I did and it was a much better car and not in a loud color. It did “rumble” from time to time, I googled and it seemed like it was a known issue with this particular model/year. In any case, an overall good experience marred by minor hiccups and car issues.”

“Lena provided a kind and professional demeanor during my visit when I inquired about renting a minivan for an out-of-state trip. She also assisted me with the mobile app and, although no minivans were available at the time, she mentioned that there was a possibility one might be returned before my departure.
When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, there were still no minivans available, so I began the process of checking out an alternative vehicle. During that process, Lena came running over to let me know that a minivan had just been checked in and that I could switch to it.
Having the minivan made a tremendous difference for this trip. My wife passed away last July, and the purpose of the trip was to return family heirlooms to her family. The additional space and convenience of the van helped make this important and emotional journey possible.

I had a 6am flight at BWI and had to drop off the rental car around 4am, and was nervous that it was going to be some little dark building in the middle of nowhere... quite the opposite, it was well-lit and safe, and had clean bathrooms, and the shuttle seems to run pretty regularly even at 4am! (Or we just got lucky.)”

The person that worked with me was very patient and kind and understood my situation offered his condolences. The only complaint that I have is there sometimes the wait time is can be long. But all in all, I would highly recommend them and we’ll continue to use them.”

“Best customer service experience I’ve ever had renting a car. Frankly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had period. Rahman went above and beyond on a holiday weekend to help me and my family switch to a larger car. We got a car at BWI (after waiting for 2.5 hours) on the 4th and it just didn’t have enough trunk space - everyone except for the driver was sitting with bags on their laps! I came into the Ellicot City branch on the 5th to see about switching, but bc of the holiday weekend inventory was really limited. Rahman gave me his direct line and promised that if I came back on Monday he’d have something bigger for me. Without fail, we showed up and were moved into a bigger car within 20 minutes of arriving (plus all paperwork). I saw one local come in and another call while I was there, and he was amazing with them too. Clearly a beloved guy and excellently office. Would absolutely rent from here again. This place redeemed my Budget rental experience. I’d give 10 stars if I could, and much of that has to do with the staff. THANK YOU RAHMAN!”
“Excellent customer service at this location! We originally had a car reservation at Enterprise but they tried giving us a different vehicle class than we had reserved. I called this Budget location and they were able to get me an upgraded SUV for a lower price than Enterprise and had it ready for pick up in two hours! We really appreciated their service and will be sure to use them for future rentals.”
“Trish was very pleasant, and patient with me. The rental process for me was super smooth and easy. I called the reservation line to check availability and prepay. I was also given the opportunity to check in over the phone, which made the process at the location quick. I was there maybe 5-10 mins. Prices are reasonable!
