My original review was 1 stars because the person I originally worked with in the store was incompetent. But since then I had the pleasure of working with the store manager who did everything in her power to make things right. She was polite, knowledgeable, and fast! (I can not stress enough how her rapidity made all the difference after spending over 6hr via messages with Verizon central customer service.)
I know retail work is hard, and training may not be the best, but I do wish everyone was as good at their job as she was! To her I give 5 stars.
I really suggest not bothering with the central customer service, they're slower than sloths and can't get anything approved, bite the bullet and go into store to get things fixed ...”
“I visited the T-Mobile store this past Friday and Saturday and had the pleasure of working with Hector. When my original line stopped working due to an exposed antenna, he efficiently helped me add a temporary additional line so I could stay connected. After 24 hours, I decided to cancel that line, and when I returned to the store, Hector handled the change with professionalism and zero pushback. He even went the extra mile by calling internal support on my behalf to ensure everything was resolved properly.
Hector demonstrated exceptional customer service throughout both visits-patient, knowledgeable, and truly customer-focused. He is a strong asset to your team and would make an excellent candidate for a management role.”
“Martin was fast, kind, gave great advice about my phone upgrade options and showed me how to navigate the app so I could make my decision easily. Steven is an incredible manager— he took good care and made sure that I knew all the information so I could make the best decision. He’s very patient and smart. Jessica was super friendly and helped me make my decision. Thalia was very bubbly and helpful. This team at this location goes above and beyond and they have great customer service.”

Me and my husband came into this store to view different phone plan options.
At other locations like T-Mobile & AT&T they were very pushy when it came time to exploring different phone plans. But here at Verizon, Amon was super helpful (not pushy at all). He gave us our space to make our decisions!
We later came back about a month later to pursue the Unlimited Plus plan. Again, Amon was super helpful, patient and kind. He answered all of our questions, gave us a clear view of what our phone bill would be before hand, showed us many different options. Hands down one of the best retail managers I’ve ever dealt with in years! And in 2024 great managers like Amon are very hard to find. So, I give him and this store a lot of props!
Everyone should definitely look into this location if pursuing Verizon.”
“I searched out this location to give Andrew kudos and am not surprised to see multiple reviews mentioning him by name. Fantastic customer service, patience, follow through, and communication. We had some timing difficulties to get phones transferred from Verizon on our side and Andrew stayed with us through it all. What he said he could do, he did. All promises delivered and with a (phone) smile. Fantastic rep.”

“I had a great experience at the Boost Mobile store on Pratt Street! Dhanu, the wireless consultant, was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I left completely satisfied. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days, but Dhanu truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend stopping by if you need anything mobile-related ask for Dhanu!”
