“I called to order service and the delivery was made the very next day! The delivery guy was curteous to my husband. He filled it to the proper level and never attempted to let gas out so that he could put in extra. I liked the $50 rebate this time, too!”

“Nobody asked but I’m compelled to give a big shout-out to my propane company, H.J.Poist. Super friendly and not in that “I’ve gotta be because we have a business that can’t afford bad reviews” way. Genuinely personable, friendly, and wanting happy customers who know they’ll be treated right. I’ve tried multiple propane companies and Poist is the only one not trying to rip off people. They just provide service. Even the company that used to deliver my heating oil didn’t value my business as much as Poist does, and Poist only does propane. As one quick example, Greg, today’s delivery guy, was super respectful and careful when I pointed out birds had nested under the tank cover. We made sure they were safe, quickly filled the tank, and left them alone. Greg was super gracious about it all. I recommend Poist without reservation. GWP”

“This was the best experience of ever had with U-Haul. The gentleman on the phone was more than helpful. I was able to easily make a reservation and get all the details prior to my pick up time. The representative was available and attentive during pick up time and walk me through the process seamlessly. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. The whole process was straightforward and easy.”

“After being stranded by our previous supplier I reached out to PepUp. I am very impressed with everyone I dealt with in regards to our situation. They really stepped up to the plate and helped us out within a day! We had propane delivered quickly and a safety check. Pricing was better than we had previously paid with our other supplier as well. They took great care of us. We are very grateful for their quick response time and we feel like a valued customer already.”

“Outstanding! I went for an unscheduled pre-check and Jerome checked my F150 and Jerome spent time using the system ensuring it would pull a Dolly with a Corolla on it and how it all worked. He put a quote in the system for me and they'll ensure everything is setup on their lot before I take off for the west coast.”

“Plenty of moving supplies; helpful staff; quick service. Be aware that you drive to the LAST driveway entrance, then veer left into one of the lanes. A little odd if you don’t expect it.”

“You charged me for 2 gallons of gas when I picked up the van at 3/4 full and brought it back 3/4 full. Whoever creates the billing invoice should stop nickel and diming customers. The location and attendant working were awesome. Professional, friendly and very helpful.”

“I needed moving boxes. Reviews I read for this business steered me away. They said that the service agent was very unfriendly and that there was no customer parking. I had a very different experience here. While the lot has very little customer parking (in the back), the store was quite okay with me parking near the office, by the trucks. The shop itself is cluttered, but it squeezes in a full variety of boxes (including mirror boxes) plus other supplies including a number less frequently found. The service agent (he was the manager and said he had been the manager there for years) was very accommodating--to me and to other customers that I saw interact with him. And U-Haul buys back any unused boxes, so you can take what you may need and return what you find you did not have to use. Internet reviews steered me to the nearby EZ Storage. While their facility was clean, service was not as friendly, box selection was more limited, and other supplies selection was even more limited. So, for buying moving boxes, I would steer away from EZ Storage and come to this U-Haul shop.”

“This location has the best customer service. Twice Ever and Jennifer have gone above and beyond for me. They always come through. Their ways of handling customers with complex issues were very professional. In two stances, I was about to lose my clients, but these 2 made sure they help me with U- Haul customer service intervention. They stayed with me till after hours to make sure corporate resolve my issues.”
