A huge thank you to Karen, who has been so kind and attentive. She took her time to help me through the entire process and made sure I got an apartment that truly fits my needs. I’m very grateful for her help and patience! ?
I also want to mention Oscar, the community manager. He’s always making sure everything runs smoothly and that residents are happy. Maintenance is quick, the community is clean and peaceful, and the atmosphere feels great. ?
If you get the chance to live here, go for it! ? And be sure to ask for Karen or Oscar — they’ll make you feel comfortable and welcome from day one. ?”

“If you are considering moving to 455 Eye - do it! The leasing team (especially Chris) all go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. The front desk and maintenance team are consistent, kind, and caring. I cannot recommend moving here enough. It has been a blissful two years here.”

“I’ve lived in the community going on three years now. The amenities/events are fantastic and the staff (from maintenance, to concierges, to the leasing office) are timely and on top of things. I really appreciate the help the Ahmad provided when I moved apartments. He was patient and thorough, making the process smooth and straight forward. He answered every question I had (there were a lot) and for that I am so grateful! A great community to be part of.”
“First of all, the location is great.
I enjoyed jogging every morning to the White House, the Capitol, and the Lincoln and Jefferson Memorials. There are many delicious restaurants and cafes nearby.
This is the best location for sightseeing in Washington.
It was a two-bedroom room, and one room had an independent bathroom and closet, so it was comfortable, and the other room had a wide bed and closet, so it was comfortable for four people to stay without being cramped.
The living room was surprisingly spacious and the kitchen was perfect for cooking.
(However, the knife was not very sharp.)
I stayed for a week and enjoyed Washington to the fullest.
I will definitely use it the next time I visit.”
“I moved to Washington about 8 months ago for work — this was my first time living outside of Texas — and I was in a rush to find a place to live. I wasn’t able to tour the building before I moved in but the virtual tour of the floor plan impressed me enough to where I decided I’d live here. While I was extremely impressed by the virtual tour, it does not do the building or the units justice. This place is awesome. It’s got an amazing location in the trendy Navy Yard neighborhood, so plenty of entertainment within walking distance — also about a 15 minute walk to the Capitol and a 2 minute walk to the Navy Yard metro station, giving you easy access to the rest of the District and its surrounding areas. Common areas within the building are clean and tidy, and the unit is exceptional — I have so much space! Special shout out to the amazing staff here, especially the wonderful concierge team. I’ve rented many apartments in my life and I’ve never felt more at home than I do here. I plan to continue living at 909 New Jersey as long as I can.”
“I have been living at Mosaic for about two weeks now and my experience has been great. I first visited the property in July and toured a unit with Danielle. She was thorough, allowed me to take my time during the tour and answered all of my questions.
The application process was simple and straightforward and I received an approval pretty fast. Prior to move-in, a comprehensive checklist was provided, making the process easy.
All of the ladies in the leasing office were very nice and accommodating to any needs I had on move in day. Again, very thorough and I barely had any questions or concerns that needed to be addressed afterwards. The unit has exceeded my expectations, the building is quiet and I’ve had no issues with parking. The grounds are kept nice and hallways are clean as well, which I really appreciate.
I feel like I made a great choice with Mosaic at Metro and would absolutely refer friends/family to inquire when in the market for a new home.”

You bring smiles every day and your kindness and generosity are boundless. You put so much time into the happiness of your tenants that it goes above and beyond. I should know, that whenever you create and host these mixers for the building you're always the first one here and the last one out. “Five stars all around from Dontrell in leasing, to all the amazing front desk workers, and Jeremy's phenomenal maintenance work. I could not be happier having found a home here.
The building has amazing views from the roof deck, which includes a fire pit, tv, lounge chairs, two grills, and dining areas. The location is pretty hard to beat and the floor to ceiling windows allow in amazing natural light.
If I could give more stars than 5 I would for the outstanding management, maintenance, and front desk team for their genuine personalities and the amazing customer service they provide.”
