“I’ve been living here for years and have truly enjoyed calling this place home. I feel comfortable knowing I’m in a quiet, safe, and welcoming environment. The office staff is always helpful and responsive whenever I have questions or concerns about my home. Tez, in particular, is always willing to assist and makes sure my questions and home concerns are addressed. I really appreciate the great service and the sense of comfort this community provides. I’m happy to have lived here for so many years and would definitely recommend it!”
“HH Mid-Town is a building with a great amount of common space . The shower has amazing water pressure . For the most part , I would recommend this place to people if asked . Lei and Trin help us to make the building feel homely as well .”

“Living at Anthem House/A2 has been an excellent experience, and a huge part of that is because of the outstanding maintenance team — especially Dionte, Assistant Manager. Over the past year, he has overseen maintenance operations for both Anthem House and A2 while the team was significantly short staffed, and his dedication never went unnoticed.
Despite the workload, Dionte consistently handled maintenance issues quickly, professionally, and with an incredible level of expertise. In addition to managing day-to-day resident concerns, he coordinated major projects including new parking lot lighting across three floors, implementation of new parking gate access systems, ongoing elevator issues, and the training of technicians and interns.
What stands out most is his extensive knowledge, responsiveness, and professionalism. He approaches every situation with urgency, patience, and a solutions-oriented mindset. Even under pressure, he maintained high standards and ensured residents continued receiving excellent service.
Dionte’s leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to both properties are truly exemplary and deserve recognition. Anthem House and A2 are fortunate to have someone so dedicated managing operations behind the scenes.”

“Serenity at Dorsey ridge is a lovely place to live. The attention to detail from the workers and the leasing office people are so sweet. No issue with the apartment. They communicate very well. Also the concierge, Joey is amazing. Because he remembers you. I don’t even have to wait to get my package cause he remember my apartment number and my name. He is so lovely to interact with. He should get a raise cause he has the mailroom on lock!”

“The Community center, a place where people get together to talk, chat, swim, and workout. Most community centers don't have as many amenities as this one. Our community center at Piney Orchard has a nice well kept gym with various workouts available with their equipment. Even though it's not the biggest gym it has the essentials that any gym should have.
Their pool is nice and popular. It has a good amount of space for a lot of people to swim and cool off on a hot summers day. ( There is also an indoor pool in the community center with a hot tub inside to chill and decompress)
Their lounge is very nice, it has a lot of couches and chairs for you to comfortably relax and chill on. ( Side note, outside the gym doors there is a soda machine and a vending machine for snacks)
Even though it's not inside the community center building itself. I had to say how beautiful their lake is, they have a lot of flowers and plants next to the river and next to the path around the lake.
Overall: 8.9/10

From her.One of the standout aspects was the response time. Whenever I had questions or needed information, the team responded quickly and professionally, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
I especially want to highlight Alyssa Ellison, who was extremely efficient and helpful throughout my experience. Not only did she respond promptly, but she was also very knowledgeable about the units and the property overall. She made sure to provide all the important information up front, which I really appreciated. It made everything much clearer and helped me feel confident in the decisions I was making.
Alyssa’s professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail truly made a difference. If you’re considering 520 Park Avenue, having someone like her assist you makes the experience much easier and more pleasant. I would definitely recommend working with her if you have the opportunity.”

“I’ve been a resident for about a month, and so far my experience has been very positive. Moving in was smooth, and the building and amenities are both well maintained.
I also want to give a shoutout to Sandii from the management team for being professional, welcoming, and responsive. Dorian from the maintenance team has also been great - minor issues were taken care of immediately and professionally.
Overall, I’m happy to call this place home and appreciate the great service from the team.”

“I just rented a one bedroom apartment at Gallery Tower and the leasing agent Fatima was really helpful and informative during the apartment tour as well as the application process. She was very knowledgeable about the apartment, the building amenities and answered all my questions during application process very patiently. Highly recommend working with this professional.
As for the apartment, it’s pretty spacious for a one bed with ample storage, large kitchen and a great view from the 16th floor. I will post further edits to my review as I start living here this month.”

“My experience at My. Washington Seminole apts had its ups and downs trying to get maintenance done and getting thru to the office. However, working with Mona was very interactive and helpful. Mona worked with me tiny try and get relocated within the community but eventually it seemed better to relocate to a bldg with an elevator and senior activities. Due to decisions taking longer than anticipated, it became a time crunch to get moved out. Mona is very pleasant to work with.”

“Amazing move in experience at this apartment. For those who want to move, apartments are affordable, well kept, bug free, and exactly as pictured.
I highly recommend Elena in the office. She has been phenomenal in explaining the process, what extra amenities you have (there’s quite a bit that comes with living in Piney orchard in addition to Riverscape amenities), and helpful in choosing an apt as well.
The women in the office are amazing and I’ve had wonderful interactions with each of them.”
