I had an absolutely fantastic shopping experience at this Marshalls (10135 Ward Road)! While the store is always well-organized and stocked with great finds, what truly set this visit apart was the incredible staff.
I want to give a huge shout-out to Hartifa and the store manager, Wanda. They went above and beyond to make my shopping trip productive and fun. Instead of just pointing me toward an aisle, they were both so engaging—offering creative ideas and helpful suggestions that actually made my final selections much better. It is rare to find retail leadership and staff who take such a genuine interest in helping customers find exactly what they need.
If you’re looking for a friendly environment and a team that genuinely cares about your experience, this is the spot. Wanda and Hartifa are total rockstars!”

“A reliable store that offers some good prices on brand name shoes with ever advancing security measures and obviously broken open boxes. The dressing room now requires a key and number after years of free access, which put a damper on the whole affair. Time stops for no one and it seems increasingly unkind to this location.”

“If you want to buy a new transmission oil pan and pick up a bag of bagels with one trip in the same shopping cart you should definitely come to Walmart. If I can't find it at advanced auto parts I can guarantee Walmart will have something that will work for whatever project you may be taking on. Had to drop my transmission a couple days ago and bull ordered some parts and pieces and I pretty much rebuilt a transmission from the Walmart online store that has been running strong for 2k miles, we'll see about the long run but for now she's minty”

I purchased Bread Flour and was overly excited, for the fact that the price of the Bread was cheaper than Giant and Shoppers. “Good selection stopped to actually go to the bathroom with my toddler. Ended up being able to purchase for outfits for $27 after taxes. I do like that they control entry and there’s security clearly walking the floor. It could be intimidating at first to some people, but it gave me a sense of security as I was shopping with my daughter by myself in an area that I do not live in and I’m not familiar with the selection was quite vast and I was able to find multiple things and I could’ve easily spent a lot more money if I hadn’t had any restraint, the prices are decent at the bathroom was clean, which is great. I didn’t want my toddler in a dirty bathroom. Staff was polite and friendly and I felt like I was able to shop without being crowded.”

“Was in the area so I decided to stop here as I know that they have a MAC counter present. I don’t quite remember the young lady’s name who assisted me but I do know that she knew her stuff. I went in looking for Ruby Woo(if you know, you know as this is an oldie but goodie lipstick). I tried it on and did not like it whatsoever. I was then offered the smooth version and still did not like it. The lady helping me asked if I was willing to try one of her favorites and I instantly fell in LOVEEEEEEEEE. It’s red, vibrant and beyond what I imagined. Let’s not forget that it’s a Matte lippie too. Thank you soooo much for assisting me in finding what I was looking for in record breaking time. ?”

“I went to the Bowie Walmart yesterday morning about 9:00 a.m. I was pleasantly surprised!! I shop at Walmart both online and in store. The Bowie store was one of my least favorites. It was a running joke that this store was a "hit or miss." However, the shelves were stocked and organized. Store staff were available and working. It was clean. It was such a great experience, I actually did more shopping than I planned!! I wanted to do a happy dance. I was so excited that I wanted to share my delight with the manager, so I ask a staff person if I could speak with the manager (not explaining why). Well, the staff person took me to customer service and it turned into disappointment (this is why I rated 4 stars instead of 5). The staff person requested the customer service rep to call the manager for me and the young lady refused. The staff person asked several times and the young women's response was "you call him." Very unprofessional and all of this was done in front of me - the customer. I just walked away. But I still wanted to share the "job" well done on the other points.”
