“Went in this location looking for a combination lock. Mr. Hall was standing near front, with a warm welcoming smile. He acknowledged me, took me to the aisle with locks, was engaging and professional. What a breath of fresh air to receive such awesome service and he was a manager filling in from another store. Then I went to pay for my lock and CC was at the register, she was kind, patient and professional. Another plus in my book she was smiling ? also. These 2 wonderful people need to be on a team to show other employees in other businesses how to treat customers. I will be returning again. Very satisfied!!!”

“This is the small local hardware store that blows the big box stores away. Joe, Eric and Mitch have all the answers for plumbing, electrical and landscaping supplies. Mitch is top notch
mechanic. He did the annual service on my zero turn and did more than expected compared to the big tractor shops. Glad you are here in Glen Arm.”
“No matter what plumbing issue I face they are the place to solve my issue. I used to run all over the place looking for plumbing parts and was never able to solve the problem problem. Butt once I found t h e i s s and Sons plumbing supply I stopped running in circles and now I go straight to them. It's been many years now since that day I found them and they still are the best”
“So close to my house and didn’t know it wasn’t just for contractors had 4 inch baseboard Home Depot and Lowe’s didn’t for way cheaper and it wasn’t MDF!! The warehouse guy shrink wrapped it all and helped me get 5 16’ pieces of baseboard in my truck couldn’t be more pleased”

“I just went in there to look around and see what was in the store. So when you have to fix something you know where to go get it. You'll find things that you won't find in home Depot or Lowe's that you need.”
“The people here are real nice and you have to work within the parameters of your scheduled appointment for delivery.Some driver's get snarky or belligerent if they don't get their way to unloaded when they arrive.All loads are done by appointment it's that simple. If they have time to incorporate you into the scheme of things they'll sometimes obliged you and unload you before your appointment time. Just be nice and courteous it goes a long way, super bunch of people to work with.”
“Coale, Kyle, and Laronda really helped me out. The snowplow took my water main cap off and I couldn't find a replacement anywhere. They were going to have to order just the cap, since they only had the whole kit, but they were nice enough to break apart the kit and just sell me what I needed so I didn't have to drive back up when the part came in”
“Visited this store on Friday afternoon (3/24/23). Andy greeted me with a smile and was excited to help. I didn't leave with any parts/order cause there isn't a Grainger store close to home. So I need to do some more information gathering on my end to figure out my exact part. Then I can place an order. Andy was great to work with and I would recommend him to anyone. “If you are looking for Brass hardware and/or brass railings for a shelf (i.e kitchen, coffee, whisky bar) then it's solid brass and in the DMV. At the tumenof this writing, they do ship for free if it's over 125/150 but I needed the product sooner so took the drive up. While I was waiting for everything, I found some cute trinkets for gifts at their antique shop. There's an older lady at the register who's very kind.”

They are really good particularly when I compare them to the HomeDepot. I know how challenging and frustrating is dealing with tons of entitled customers and they do a grat job. I appreciate their existance to help me avoid rude employees of HomeDepot.
