“I am very happy to review Minuteman Press located at 1020 19th St. NW, Lower LL50, Washinton D.C. 20036. I am the Board Secretary for a nonprofit in California, and we had an employee in DC that needed informational cards printed. I looked printers up in that area and after talking to a couple of places that couldn't help me, I called Minuteman Press and explained what we needed. Not only were they happy and willing to help me, but they were also able to get what we wanted/needed completed the next day!! We didn't know what to expect about the price but were pleasantly surprised!! If you are someone from out of town who needs printing done or even if you are from that area, please go to Minuteman Press on 19th street ... I promise you will not be disappointed!! Thank you, Minuteman Press, for doing a great job, and making it easy for me who doesn't usually deal with printing material and knows nothing about it .... you made it comfortable and explained things and very patient with me!! you guys are awesome!! But despite the establishment mostly offer services for large volume printing. Wuba still accommodated me with my 10 page file. She is pleasant and overall good service.”

“Tabatha is a star employee at this store. I watched her multitask, greet customers while being extremely pleasant, help customers, and still manage the staff. She was a one woman machine who basically worked the entire store by herself, even though there was another employee nearby. She alone has earned all five of these stars.
However on 11/7 at about 10:15, I was “helped” by someone who clearly did not want to help me. He wouldn’t even stand up to scam my QR code to ship my items back to Amazon. I had a heavy object strapped to my back, it would have been nice if he would have been thoughtful enough to just stand up to scan my code instead of prompting me to reach. I even asked him if he could just stand to scan the code and he just continued sitting. I’m sure you have this on camera and can see for yourself. This is the service I usually get. ?”

“I live in Houston and had a package that needed collecting from just down the street from this UPS Store in Washington DC. I spoke with the manager (Janiya) who did me a HUGE favour and actually went down the street and collected the box during her off hours and then took it back to the store to affix my shipping label. “This is a great friendly neighborhood location. I had a concern about a package that kept being delayed so I stopped by this location just to ask a question about it and one of the employees named Neyda assisted the best she could and just her taking the time to hear my concern eased my mind and let me know the package should be there soon and explained the process of how sometimes things happen at the package facility or the drivers. Later that day my package did arrive like she assured me and i even had to call back to just thank her for the listening ear and great customer service.”

“The staff at Digi Quick Print were quick, friendly and affordable. I had a last minute idea to make an Octoberfest style party favor for my guests and DigiQP was happy to help me out. They were easy to communicate with, and were able to find the best material/paper to use for a glass label. The quality of the print and sticker was way better than what I was imagining I would get. It was even ready much sooner than I expected. I highly recommend you skip Kinkos or Staples and come here for your printing needs!”

Amir (the owner) is a perfectionist and is meticulous, qualities that are critical for work that must be impeccable, especially when it comes to legal documents. On one occasion, I saw him throw out an entire production run because of a flaw I could not even see. In addition, he has always completed the work I have requested on time or before the scheduled time.Amir also makes helpful suggestions about how to complete (or not complete) work, and he has unique equipment to improve the result. Amir is not simply a technician, but an expert all things involving printing. I recommend him highly.”
