We were experiencing several problems with my daughter's newly purchased SYNC UP Watch and after several calls made to customer service; they advised us to go to the store. This store, being the closest to us; we went there twice and Tarie was there to help us both times. He stuck it out with us and was not giving up until we had our problem(s) resolved and were 100% satisfied.
