My mom needed her phone on the accessibility mode and wanted password off and wanted the speaker function. He was able to complete everything and explain it and was the friendliest representative I’ve probably ever run across.
There was no sale involved. He was so helpful and I so appreciate him getting my mom’s phone exactly how she wants it and more importantly needs it ?!!! He was so friendly, fast, helpful, etc. I had to come here and tell hopefully his manager and everyone.”
“I don't do reviews unless I am upset about a company. But the two Latino young ladies did such a wonderful job for me. It wasn't my intention to leave Metro
But I went there thinking it was a Metro store.The lady that opened helped me see in my phone that I was at the wrong store and asked if I wanted to switch. We called my previous provider and got the codes to switch me over. She was thorough with everything and although other customers were coming in she was able to wait on them and still work on my switch over she had a problem transferring the apps but her associate came in and assisted with the customers and my phone and was able to get all apps transferred. I was there a little over a week ago and I wish I knew their names
But the two Latino young ladies really impressed me how diligent they are with customers and extremely knowledgeable...
I hope this Boost service is as good as those two young ladies.”
“Kathleen is great helped me and my husband twice with upgrades and once with returning the old phone after it was converted over to the new one, and each time Kathleen helped.
I wanted a purple iPhone 17 lol and they were sold out at that moment. But i ended up with the purple one that day. Kathleen went and brought it out from the back they had one left and it was behind a black one, and said “ looks like you wanted the purple one” I didn’t even tell her what color I wanted I was going to settle for the black one. I was already happy with her help , she is professional and doesn’t act like she don’t care!
We have one more phone to upgrade in June we will be going back and hopefully we get the same person!!!!

The store representative, Alaia, was prompt in her greeting me when Iarrived, listened attentively as I relayed my issue, and quickly resolved and retrieved my missing information that I accidentally deleted. “When I went to Best Buy to buy a new computer there were 3 employees here who were super helpful to me. Michael, Carlos, & 1 other person I can't remember his name. They helped me buy a computer not too expensive but not too cheap either & a computer that will work for me. They also helped me pick out an external hard disk. They allowed me to test everything I needed to test & then said due to my membership, I could come to them for tech help of various kinds for (what I remember being told) free or low cost. I have been a Best Buy customer here for a long time. I miss the Security Blvd BB but this is excellent.”
