“The AI Ask Maps feature will tell you there’s a self service kiosk here for after hours package drop off but that’s just one more thing it’s wrong about. There isn’t. I should have looked at the USPS website myself which clearly does not list a kiosk here. Didn’t utilize the post office but one star off because in 2026 USPS should have kiosks in every notably sized post office, especially if there are no other kiosks in the immediate area”

“Have done all my kids’ passport photos here. They are patient with babies and young children and careful with the application.
Parking is good. If your package has a prepay label, you can skip the line to drop it off. The price is right, and the lines are only really bad at Christmastime.”
“The staff at this location are AMAZINGGG!! I had a little bit of trouble (on my end) when I was dropping off some packages and the lady that was helping me was super patient and helped me figure out a solution. This location is not the closest USPS to me but I make the trip because the staff is so wonderful.”

“I have been frequenting this office for about a year now the guy and ladies are always great.
I've seen some of the other customers interactions with the workers that are assisting them, most are quite friendly but there a few that come in and create a scene, or throw tantrums/hissy fits. Following instructions go a long way and loosing your cool doesn't help make matters better.”

“What some may call rude, others view as simply a professional small team of staff who do their best, even when short-staffed, to provide diligent & quick service. They ask questions about whats in your packages, following pidtsl service rules, and give concise instructions for cudtomers to follow. But the staff still checked everything for me and made sure I had the right documents, fees, and address. Based on my experience here, they know what they're doing with passports.”

“Had an exceptionally positive experience with Zaon "Z" Quarles. He was able to locate a missing package that I sent from my business and quickly had it delivered to the proper address. After dealing with so many people on the general customer service line who didnt seem to care in the slightest, I received a call from Z. He completely changed my perspective and made this negative situation into a positive opportunity. He seemed genuine and legitimately wanted to help.If more employees for the US postal service had a positive attitude like Z and were more thorough with customer inquiries, then people would trust USPS way more with their mail/packages.”
“There is an Asian staff member at this post office named Song. I had a UPS package delivered there early Friday morning, but the person who received it didn’t know where it had been placed, and Song, who works at the front desk, couldn’t find it at the time.
Song was very kind and friendly. She explained that the person who had accepted the package had already gone home and wouldn’t be working over the weekend, and she asked me to come back on Monday. She also apologized to me several times.
On Monday morning, as soon as she saw me, she even remembered my name and immediately handed me my package. It was clear that she had kept my situation in mind and helped locate it. I was touched by her professionalism and her warm, friendly attitude toward customers.”

“I use this post office frequently when I am in this area for pre-paid drop-offs. There are multiple self-service kiosks which mean if you are just dropping off pre-paid packages, you can skip the line and scan them in yourself. The staff are always very polite and friendly. I have never had a package lost at this post office and have shipped thousands through it. The only issue is, if you need to work with a clerk for something, lines are often very long.”

He really took his time to make sure the photo would be compliant and respect all the rules of the Canadian passport photos per their official website which turned out to be quite the process but he did it all with a smile on his face.
