“This post office is small and I enjoy coming here. The staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable. They were able to assist me in choosing the appropriate product for my needs, which I can't say always happens. Specific kudos to clerk number 14.”

“Have been calling the location for 30min with no answer, my package was returned to sender just bc there was no name in the box and it’s honestly frustrating bc with if there is more than one person living there. The package is time sensitive and I can’t even see about it being re delivered before it’s sent back. Maybe in person experience is betterUPDATE:Was provided the wrong -# by customer service when I called to let them know no one was answering they gave me the correct #. Once I called I was helped right away not sure who I spoke with but he was so helpful. He went to check for the package and got it redelivered to me the same day.”

“I've never had a bad experience here, other than around Christmas time when EVERYONE seems to be mailing packges and nobody is willing to use the machines in the post office to do that. The Post Office is a quasi-federal agency and can't just hire as many people to avoid delays every day of the week and year. If more people were willing to use machines, they would not have to wait in line as often as they do. I've purchased stamps and mailed a package at this post office. It wasn't that hard, and I didn't have to wait. When I've used the counter, I've always found the employees knowledgeable and courteous.”

“We went in for passport applications for our kids. The clerk Ana was great! Very through checking our documents but also very efficient. In and out in 20 minutes with photos!”

“The customer service was very professional, and the passport process was quick. However, the only concern is that there's only one customer service representative handling the passport process. As a result, you may wait longer than your appointment time. This employee is responsible for both passport processing and USPS shipping. Although the process itself takes around 5 to 10 minutes, you might need to wait until she finishes assisting customers who are shipping their items.”

“This is NOT a post office. It is basically a distribution center. If you need to send a letter or package, or do any other post office-related thing, find a branch that just says "post office". Don't make my mistake and drive around the building for 15 min trying to find an entrance. SMH”

“I give 5 stars for what I saw today. Yes I waited in line for 40 minutes but during that 40 min I watched a single clerk treat people with consideration and respect. She was brilliant: one woman was illiterate, then a family wanted a passport for an 18 year old and only the 15 yo spoke English but was not allowed to translate by law, the next guy couldn't fill out his form correctly to mail to Mumbai after multiple tries. And one after another she treated them with courtesy. One after another, seemingly normal adults could not hit the green button then the red button. It was like being in the twilight zone. People that criticize these clerks are mistaken. I wouldn't last an hour doing this job. These clerks are 10x nicer than anyone working in Dulles, with 50x the malarkey. Post master should put in Self-service kiosk but I don't think a lot of people would be able to use it. I wonder how many illiterate or non English people come through there a day. Probably a lot.”
