“Excellent experience - I came in with a screw in one of my tires, fearing I'd need a new one. Instead, the folks at K&S patched it up and got me on my way again. Service was fast, people were kind, and the waiting room was clean. You can't really ask for more!I'll also say, this wasn't my first visit. I took a previous car here to get checked out, and K&S found an issue that had caused need for massive repairs and never been caught. “Minor fender bender on my 2002 S10. Could not find a body shop willing to fit me in .Westminster Maryland. Stopped at mudgett's and got a quotation while I waited. I'm sure that parts for a 21-year-old pickup truck are not easy to come by, but they were able to access them and did a really nice job on my truck. I thought their pricing was fair and they gave me a good recommendation for a mechanic to do a safety inspection to get my "salvage title". Would use this place again and would definitely recommend it.”

“Took my ‘21 Tahoe in after it was hit. Kelly’s got me in as soon as all the parts were available and after taking the damaged area apart discovered more damage than the insurance adjuster had found. They took care of the added parts, cost etc and dealing with the other insurance company. “Edited/ update: i got my corollas left side mirror replaced as it was damaged on 1/17/23. I only had one problem with them and here it is. When they replaced the whole mirror i noticed there was no defrost sign on it so i asked if it has that function because the original one had it, I just found out now with the winter weather change that mirror does not have the defrost in Nov23. Steve the manager was kind enough to call me and acknowledge the issue and gave me a quick appointment to get the correct part for the mirror and resolve the issue. Much appreciated service!”
