“I visited this store today with my son (almost 12months) looking for old skools in toddler size. I was nervous they’d be tight since he has chubby wide feet and only wears crocs. Dre greeted us immediately upon entering the store, despite being mid conversation with other associates. I told him what we needed and that I wanted my son to try them on. He got our size and the little try on sock. He showed us the shoes in his size that were on sale, pointed us to the socks in his size, and the toddler clothes. After gathering everything we wanted to purchase, Dre and I had a nice conversation about a disney collab coming soon and a previous Toy Story collab Vans did years ago. Taking a toddler shopping can be anxiety inducing and overwhelming, but Dre made this experience a breeze. He was informative, attentive, helpful and most of all kind. Visiting shopping malls in general these days can be hit or miss. I will be back to this store again rather than shopping online when I need shoes for my son! Picture of the happy customer!! “Had a two night stay next to the store. I saw belts through the window on the wall display. I tend to destroy belts. First used for dress up occasions then go to Construcion use. Belts from Kohl's that my wife buys for me, just don't hold up. These are made in USA, thick leather. The belts cost more than belts from China but will last so much longer. Even though I came to the store looking maybe a little better than homeless, the person working was kind, polite, and helpful. Sorry to Allen Edmonds for eventually using these two new belt in horrible conditions.”

“Don't let negative people who are NEVER satisfied when spending a lot of money steer you away from this business. They are ROCK STARS!!!! I ordered 2 pairs of Hoka Mach 5's last week from a scam website, and when I didn't get a confirmation, I reached out directly to Louie Silverio because he was responding to all of the disgruntled customer reviews. He informed me that I was scammed and told me to how resolve it. After getting is cleared up, I came back to the real website and placed an order today for the Hoka Mach 5's. I was a little gun shy from the last purchase, so I reached out to their team to ask for an update on the shipping (I ordered next day air), and received an email from Jane and a call from Deb. Both were very apologetic about MY misunderstanding. Deb is very sweet, and extremely helpful. She is also open and honest and explained that Next Day Air didn't include Saturday delivery, but would check to see what the difference in cost would be. She called me back almost 15 minutes later (promised it would be within 20), and said it would be a difference of $45. She then said that she would schedule it for Saturday delivery if I wanted, but thought it was very expensive considering I was already getting a discount on the Next Day Air. I agreed and can't wait to wear the new shoes on Monday.”

“The energy at this store is always relaxed and chill. Customers walk in and browse shoes to buy. Haven't had any crazy encounters with other customers or staff. The staff provides quality customer service. The return policy is generous at 60 days with a receipt and the BOX it came in at the time of purchase and the item cannot be obviously worn to the eye. Any returns without a receipt can be completed as an equal exchange or traded for store credit. Love it here especially at this location. 10/10.”

“I had a terrific experience at this store! I’ve never shopped at Madewell, but a friend recommended I try out their jeans, so I decided to check out the store closest to me. I absolutely hate buying jeans, but as soon as I walked in, the staff were very friendly. Grace made it a great experience! I am between a 12/14 regularly, and was a little intimidated coming into the store to find the right fit. However, Grace was very friendly, kind, and patient until we found the perfect jeans for me. The store was also very clean and organized. I’ll definitely be coming back!”
