“Absolutely amazing resource in so many ways! Right now my family is doing language lessons, but I know they also offer Russian immersion arts and crafts sessions and other events. Plus they have an expansive selection of Russian language books for sale. They're a great community resource. We're so happy to have found East-West Cultural Center!”

“Little pricy but if you need paint brushes or rollers way excellent deals. Also found some seriously old light bulbs for a lamp my wife has, which I couldn't even buy online or Lowes or home Depot. That was awesome, stupid lamp hasn't worked since last summer. She was really excited to see it lit up again this evening”

“The Scottish Rite of Free Masonry broke ground in 1930 on their current building, on the corner of 39th and North Charles Streets, in the Guilford neighborhood of Baltimore. It is an imposing building that houses offices, meeting rooms, a library, and an auditorium. The auditorium will take your breath away; it is so striking. The stage is enormous and there is seating for 1065 guests. On the lower level is a large banquet hall that boasts one of the largest dance floors in the city. It also has two stages and has seating for 450 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything a caterer would need. Also on the lower level is the Scottish Rite Childhood Speech & Language Center, which is a pediatric clinic committed to serving children with a wide range of speech and language impairments. On our first snow storm of the season, we attended their Thanksgiving Thursday lunch. It was delicious. It was so nice to see their Christmas Garden up as well as an extensive array of Nativity sets.”

“Moveable Feast was a huge help to a friend who'd had a stroke and to me (caregiver short on time). Access was fast, delivery was reliable, people were friendly, and the food was healthy and easy to cook. A nutrititionist called now and then to check in and answer questions. Thanks so much to everyone involved!!”

“Edit- upon further investigation, the issue was with NSC directly and not this agency. Jessica here has fixed the issues!I have been trying to get my BLS CPR Trainer certification since JUNE. I was approved by NSC at multiple levels to teach in JULY. I continually email, get bounced around, told new curriculum is coming out, etc. I even offered the buy the old curriculum knowing I would have to buy it again when it is renewed. Nothing. I have had dozens of people miss the opportunity to be CPR certified by me(which I have been wanting to do at no cost to my community), and a cardiac arrest AT MY OFFICE since I have been trying to get this program. You either do not want my money, or do not truly care about safety education to the public.”

“Went to this store to get a new Scouts uniform for my son. Can't say enough good things about this place, especially the generous help from the man running the store. He quickly pointed out the trousers and shorts that would probably fit my son and helped me find a belt. Very friendly and positive throughout. And it feels like they have everything there. They even have some camping equipment if you need it. The only slight drawback was that they don't have someone to sew patches at this time, although they do have adhesive if you want to do it that way. We will be back!”

“Our group just came back from a homeschool field trip. My first communication with them I was concerned that they would have been too rigid with their program or rules. But after today, I am mostly impressed with their organization and love for education. They were so accommodating and flexible in the whole process. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Would definitely recommend others to sign up for a field trip with them! Thank you Irvine Nature Center for a wonderful day!”

“We've been here a few times for the summer production of the Chesapeake Shakespeare Company. It is always such a great time. We usually get a table and have a picnic with friends. Just be aware that you need to walk a little bit to get from the regular parking area up to the stage. But you can get dropped off if you aren't able to walk that far.”

“Love this place so much. They are very good at firing things in the right spot depending on the glaze. Amazing instructors and community events. Just a top notch place to do ceramics. So so impressed. This is rare cause I have been to other studios in other states and they are not nearly as good or thriving as much as Baltimore clayworks ?”

“We had a blast! Great for all ages. I went with my 3yr old. There are some areas geared more towards younger toddlers. The huge slide is only for those 36inches and up. Appropriate as it is very big. Garage parking close by that you can buy discounted beforehand. There's a large eating area that has lots of different foods you can buy. We spent 5hrs there. Lots to do. 10/10 recommended!”

“Heard good stuff still yet to visit. EBT is offering restaurant meal programs. Family's on stamps should be able to eat at festival food courts. Oh yeah ?️ 4got . Only family's with money are allowed at community events. Real fun watching the pig races and then tell your kid no 2 a hotdog. Yay! And let's make sure kwiki marts charge the same high prices 4 people without money. Obviously lawyers are worth more than the poor teacher's that made them.”

“Before contacting NACA I searched other programs to educate me and help through the process of obtaining a home. I am currently working on completing all the requirements to become NACA qualified. The process has been very thorough; however, I am working with a great counselor who is very patient and knowledgeable. My questions are welcomed and answered in a timely manner. I am looking forward to purchasing my home with NACA. I know it is all worth the wait!”

“Wonderful. They help people beyond belief. I would have been list without them. Great people. Love Kat. She runs a tight ship and keeps over 150 people moving and makes sure everyone leaves with food. It definitely helped me and continues to. They take anyone. No limits to where you live. They give out numbers up to 150 people. In order to be at least the 1-15th person in line you need to get to get in line by 300 a.m. and wait 4 hours for a number. It's very cold, dark and not very safe here but when others arrive we all are very cordial to one another. Great place all and all and the food they give away is FANTASTIC!!!”

“Pigtown Mainstreet is so amazing and helpful towards the businesses in their neighborhood, anyone would be fortunate to have such a team on their side. Especially Kim Lane. She's a local treasure. Very knowledgeable and she wants the businesses to succeed. They are lucky to have her.”

“Everybody from the security team to the aides and nurses were absolutely wonderful and cordial. Their compassion and patience was unending. My mother's last two weeks of her life, while spent here at Gilchrist Hospice in Baltimore, were comfortable and serene. We couldn't have asked for a better hospice experience. My only grievance with Gilchrist was with the home care my mother received. We had a nurse who was wildly out of bounds in the beginning. The way she spoke to our family was completely inappropriate. I hope that it was dealt with internally after I made a complaint to the social worker who was in charge of my mother's file. The facility itself and the workers there were excellent though.”
