“Candy store for those looking to remodel a kitchen or bathroom. Paul is very good at visualizing what you want and then producing a 3-D rendering of that design. They have all of the materials in house to let you pick your finishes. I could have spent all day in there without being tired or bored. Would definitely recommend Paul and his team for bathroom/ kitchen upgrades.”
“Just left the Rolling Road location. And they were open. They will be open tomorrow and every Monday- Thursday 9a-1p until they are fully staffed and then they will offer more hours. These hours are temporary. The calls go to a call center but those are the hours that someone is in the shop until further notice.”

He was extremely service oriented, efficient and mindful of our time. After helping us select the product we wanted, he very carefully addressed measurements for the inside cabinet install. The installation worked out beautifully and once again we were very pleased with the competency and courteous manner of the install team.”
“Thanks to Chris our refrigerator now works again. We called on Friday morning and it was repaired by Friday afternoon. Chris was friendly and knowledgeable. The woman who scheduled our appointment was also very helpful and sensitive to our very tight schedule. They should be rebranded to CHARM CITY APPLIANCE EXPERTS.”
“We visited this store on 10/22/2023. It was the most pleasurable experience that i have encountered. MARLAYA was spectacular. She was very helpful and friendly. The level of professionalism that she displayed was simply amazing. I would highly recommend a promotion/raise for her. Anneliese (Supervisor) was very appreciative of my comments to her about MARLAYA. When leaving, SEMIRA was very helpful as well when she initially assisted us with MARLAYA. We were elated when we reached the cash register to check out where we encountered TYNEARA. She was very kind as well. The Super Customer Service that was given to us should be awarded due to the fact that it is very rare to find such a service. I would highly recommend this location in Randallstown, Maryland to all of my friends and family.”

“Excellent experience at Trible's. I found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to help me locate parts. Both times I had to visit the part was not available in the Baltimore store and needed to be picked up from upper marlboro. Both times they offered to have it shipped to the store for free but unfortunately I needed parts then and there so I made the drive down to Upper Marlboro each time. But your employee Tyler really goes above and beyond. It's been a pleasure having him assist. He really knows how to take customer service to the next level. I highly recommend this location.”

“I recently left a bad 1 star review because this arrons sucked, but then they hired a new sales manager named Meka who's been helping me. I'm telling all yall who has had bad experiences, go to her. She is going to turn the reputation of this store around, mark my words! She has been so helpful, kind, and most importantly honest! The last team had me paying on an arcade game that's not gonna even be there any time in the foreseeable future! She immediately refunded my money and I'd helping me get something I actually want. Under her leadership, this store is about to change! I'd bet money on it!”
“Purchased a used upright freezer. The young lady was so friendly and helpful. She said I could pick it up in a few days because they wanted to make sure it worked well before purchasing. After a week I picked it up and it works great so far after a month. I recommend this place for purchasing appliances!”

“I was so delighted to had met Julian S at the paint department at the Home Depot - Owings Mills, MD. He was very knowledgeable and patient as he explained to me the various types, qualities and finishings of interior paints. He certainly made it easier as it was my first experience buying paint and I was feeling intimidated not knowing how to choose. Julian answered all the questions a rookie could have and he also helped me understand a balance color scheme.I left happy with my buckets of the top of the line BEHR Dynasty One Coat Satin paints. “We are regular customers at the Home Depot is Westminster MD, and we have found the customer service her to be very good in general. However, when we tried to get an estimate for installing a backsplash in our kitchen, we had a very difficult time getting anyone to help us. Phone calls to the store were routed all over the place, and nobody seemed to have any suggestions of who we were supposed to talk with. Even at store level, we were told we had to get a whole kitchen remodel, if we wanted a backsplash installed. There was one bright spot in our experience. Nanette was amazing. We just happened to see her working at her desk and explained our issue. She immediately took ownership of the situation and got us scheduled for an estimate. She was the only one of a half dozen other employees that took an interest in us. Nanette, thank you for going above and beyond to help us out. Your co-workers should be looking up to you as an example or what customer service should look like!”

“By FAR, my favorite HD location. They ALWAYS have plenty of everything. The staff (everyone) is knowledgeable. When someone doesn't know the answer, they find someone who does and that person educates us all (staff and customer). They have a very friendly and team oriented spirit at this store.
