“Recently we visited the Rockville location and were helped by Yenoh (sp?) and she was fantastic! Such great customer service! We were also there a month ago and the same great customer service from another women there but forgot to get her name. Very rarely nowadays that you can walk into a bank or credit union of any kind and there’s someone there to greet you and help you in a very timely and efficient manner. Just appreciated it so much.”

I had an appointment for my notary services and I took the appointment but later when I arrived on the proposed time, I was told that the officer had taken a leave. At least they should have shown some courtesy of informing me before my arrival.”

“Great branch to visit for NASA FCU members. There's an outdoor ATM. The staff is uniformly friendly and helpful. Parking is ample, including two handicap spaces right in front of the door. Free, heavy duty coin counter in the lobby. I've never seen it crowded and seldom have to wait for a teller.”

“I don't know too much about banking but I was a little disappointed. I was cash deposited on that point and tried wire transfer to another bank in another State. The banker told me that she can't do that right away because of the post status. I have to go back to that bank again once it is clear. Very disappointment.”
