“After waiting for an hour at the Silver Spring PNC bank, where I was never serviced I then made an appointment online for the next day which they canceled that morning!! I was very frustrated and decided to try a different location for my wire transfer. I walked into the Rockville location and Jovanka Kelbaugh greeted me and said of course she could help me right away. She was kind, efficient, friendly and helped me with everything that I needed! I will go to WHICHEVER location she is working from now on!!! I was ready to terminate my relationship with PNC but she redeemed the bank’s image in my decision!”

“I don't know too much about banking but I was a little disappointed. I was cash deposited on that point and tried wire transfer to another bank in another State. The banker told me that she can't do that right away because of the post status. I have to go back to that bank again once it is clear. Very disappointment.”
