“Mark was so helpful to me for my first time shipping packages for my small business! He was incredibly helpful, kind, personable, efficient and quick. Most importantly, kept his cool while other customers were unbelievably rude and obnoxious to him over simple things! Yuck behavior and shame on them! But no shame for Mark, he is an excellent worker and deserves a raise!!!!!!”

“I am writing to commend the staff at this UPS location for their outstanding service on April 24, 2026. I visited the store in Annapolis that day for assistance with my documents, between approximately 12:10pm, and the staff member who assisted me, named Conrad, was exceptionally professional, patient, and efficient. He carefully guided me through the process and ensured everything was handled properly, which gave me great peace of mind. During a particularly busy and stressful period for me, his kindness and professionalism truly made a difference. It was a wonderful experience, and I am very grateful for his help. I hope this message can be shared with him and recognized internally. Thank you for providing such excellent customer service. And thank you to Conrad specifically!”

“I couldn’t be happier with the service I get every time I visit this store in Edgewater. I had the pleasure of meeting Cathy, the owner, on my last visit and had to tell her how much I appreciated being treated with such care and professionalism. I had an issue with my large packages and she helped me out and even followed up with me the next day!!! That kind of service is rare these days.”

“The lady that helped me was very accommodating. Made everything easy for us. When I called back in a few days later, a lady that answered the phone was not so friendly. It’s a shame when employees or possibly owners feel bothered by their own business.”
