“Wow super impressed! Around 9 months ago I went into the store and the store manager was super rude and followed me around the store. I vowed to never come back. But my wife decided to order online so I had to go to the store and pick it up. Dreading it I just wanted to go inside and leave as quickly as possible. But to my surprise as soon as I came in I was greeted warmly and graciously. I also saw the store was cleaner and more open. I was so impressed that I decided to buy more clothes for my daughter. If I had any questions the employees there helped me out. I was shocked,It was a complete 180 from before. When I told them about my previous experience with the manager , they told me she got fired (no surprise there). But to end this review I'm so glad I came back and I'm happy new management actually changed the store around. I Will definitely come back”
“I’ve been consigning at Kid to Kid since my daughter was a toddler. She’s now 11. The process is seamless, the service is great, and they have so many quality items (new and gently loved)! Now I shop for my niece and nephew - 3 year old twins - who live overseas. It’s also a wonderful feeling to know that the clothes your kids have outgrown are going to families at a great deal. Thank you Kid-to-Kid!”

The old navy jeans I bought are made with good quality. The store is kept organized, so it was easy to shop and locate stuff.”

“This is another store that is technically attached to the mall, but you need to go outside in order to access it. Best to just move your car and save yourself the hassle.I came here in search of some items that I didn't seem to have because of my recent move. Honestly, I had nothing in mind when I walked in here, but of course I found something. Like every single other person that walks in here, you end up with something.I do have to say, compared to the neighboring, similar store, this one is much more organized, and appears much cleaner. Although you can never predict what stock they have they were well stocked with what they did actually have. I did a lot of browsing and ended up with things that I knew I wanted but not necessarily needed.Check out was a breeze and pleasant. The staff were polite and made sure to take care of items purchased.”

“I have shopped at Lands' End the catalogue for years and have never been disappointed. Their service is great and their return policy is even better. I had a very old winter jacket(about 2 years or so) that I never got to wear because the zipper broke on it. It happened to be the second jacket I had this happen to so I thought I was going to have to pay for a new jacket. Not only did they pay shipping back, they were having a sale so I bought a new jacket with free shipping on this. I sent the old jacket back that had the broken zipper which they paid shipping on and they sent me the full price of the jacket on a gift card since I never got to use it. I also got free shipping both ways again and a new jacket on sale. Thank you, Stacy G”

“I was in DC for a wedding and brought a formal shirt by mistake. 30 minutes before the wedding I realized it and called the store. To make a long story short, we were able to order a shirt and have it sent by courier. The courier had problems finding the store so Lindsay walked out of the store to find him. I called them numerous times and they were super patient and made sure the courier got it. Everyone that we spoke with there was helpful and really nice.

The first thing I noticed was how incredibly soft and comfortable their clothes are—seriously, every piece feels like something you’d want to live in. I picked up one of their signature flannel shirts and a summer dress, and both are now staples in my closet.
I also love their laid-back, coastal vibe—everything looks effortlessly stylish but still practical for everyday wear. The quality is top-notch, and you can tell a lot of thought goes into the materials and details.
Prices are definitely on the higher side, but I think the comfort, durability, and classic design make it worth it. I’ll absolutely be shopping here again.”

“I'll be honest, I have never been in a Vineyard Vines before but I needed a size exchange for a Christmas gift I received. I truly hope all of their customer service was as good as Erol provided. (My bad on the spelling of your name, dude!) He ran me through my options in the shop. When they didn't work out since the shirt I had was out of stock at this location, he walked me through the very seamless way to get my size online. It was one of the easiest exchanges I have experienced. I was impressed with everything in my visit. Too bad I was in a rush so I couldn't shop a bit.”
