“We love coming here. Pam has wonderful taste in products, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. The store is beautiful and thoughtfully curated. Whether you’re looking for stylish clothes for your child or a unique toy or gift, she has it all.
The only “problem” is that things sell out quickly—because she brings in the best European brands!”

“The staff at the Columbia Heights store location are wonderful. I don’t shop at Old Navy often but I went in October 2025 looking for an item to complete a Halloween costume and a member of the staff was so kind and helpful asked to see a photo of the inspiration and she immediately brought me to a few great options and I found the perfect shorts. Then the next week when I came back to return the items that I didn’t end up using, the same employee was in the store, remembered me and asked to see the completed costume. Went back in June 2026 to return a few items I bought online and both the women working at the counter were so kind and helpful to all the guests despite there being a long line, they made the experience so pleasant.”

“This is another store that is technically attached to the mall, but you need to go outside in order to access it. Best to just move your car and save yourself the hassle.I came here in search of some items that I didn't seem to have because of my recent move. Honestly, I had nothing in mind when I walked in here, but of course I found something. Like every single other person that walks in here, you end up with something.I do have to say, compared to the neighboring, similar store, this one is much more organized, and appears much cleaner. Although you can never predict what stock they have they were well stocked with what they did actually have. I did a lot of browsing and ended up with things that I knew I wanted but not necessarily needed.Check out was a breeze and pleasant. The staff were polite and made sure to take care of items purchased.”

The woman working was SO helpful and accommodating, despite being hard of hearing. “I'll be honest, I have never been in a Vineyard Vines before but I needed a size exchange for a Christmas gift I received. I truly hope all of their customer service was as good as Erol provided. (My bad on the spelling of your name, dude!) He ran me through my options in the shop. When they didn't work out since the shirt I had was out of stock at this location, he walked me through the very seamless way to get my size online. It was one of the easiest exchanges I have experienced. I was impressed with everything in my visit. Too bad I was in a rush so I couldn't shop a bit.”

“I was very pleased with my experience at JCPenney Salon. Rama did an excellent job styling my hair, and it was a great price as well. The salon is spacious and is located on the 4th floor. I was very happy with my choice to come and expect to come back again soon.”
“Wow super impressed! Around 9 months ago I went into the store and the store manager was super rude and followed me around the store. I vowed to never come back. But my wife decided to order online so I had to go to the store and pick it up. Dreading it I just wanted to go inside and leave as quickly as possible. But to my surprise as soon as I came in I was greeted warmly and graciously. I also saw the store was cleaner and more open. I was so impressed that I decided to buy more clothes for my daughter. If I had any questions the employees there helped me out. I was shocked,It was a complete 180 from before. When I told them about my previous experience with the manager , they told me she got fired (no surprise there). But to end this review I'm so glad I came back and I'm happy new management actually changed the store around. I Will definitely come back”

“Prices were decent however they need to get their air fixed so I’m taking away one star for that. Long lines but the cashiers are doing the best they can. Polo shirts are $4.99 skirts and skorts are around $9.99-16.99 and long pants are ranged from $13.99 and up. They also have long sleeves and discounted items for 50 percent off.”
“I was waiting in line to make a purchase when I witnessed an African American woman with a deplorable attitude being rude to a cashier demanding receipts. She called a manager who gave her money back and a physical receipt. The cashier tried to explain she could not give her a receipt for an online return but was going to receive an email. The cashier tried her hardest to keep her cool and avoid a confrontation. The woman kept pushing and kept being rude, demanding a receipt and her name. She even took a picture of her without her consent with no respect whatsoever. I have been to zara at westfield montgomery many times and that cashier is one of the nicest people I have interacted with and always make me feel welcome. She is one of the FEW good ones. I was appalled how badly that woman treated her and realized cashiers deal with a lot of negativity from certain customers. I only hope management protect their employees better.”

“First time being to this place, my sister and mother are the ones that told me about it and for the first time me being there it was really nice the associates talk to you. Make sure that you understood what was happening and it felt like I was back at uptown cheapskate with the selling process of the clothes and then getting a email or text message letting you know processing is done and I will definitely come back because I did find some cute clothes for my son.”
