She checked in on me in the fitting room as well. Her customer service was top notch. Given that there wasn't a lot in my size and style in the store, she suggested I take a picture of the tags on my phone to shop online. The cashier Ms. Eyona was there and recommended taking down the item number. I was very impressed with their care and kindness. I've always had exceptional service at this store.”

“The customer service is usually good here with nice selections. Today I was service by Angel (supervisor/manager). She was very professional and personable with excellent customer service. She went over and beyond to help me with an exchange for a smaller size that was not available. It made all the difference in my shopping experience. The guy there that managed the floor does a great job keeping everything sorted and organized. He’s also very helpful. Wish all the rainbow stores can follow suit. “Great shopping experience! The gentleman who helped me, greeted me upon entrance and was patient and honest as I tried on different pairs of shoes. You receive one of each pair of shoes to try on. This may be a store wide policy or practice, not sure since I usually shop online. Overall, a five star experience. ?”
