“Went in this location looking for a combination lock. Mr. Hall was standing near front, with a warm welcoming smile. He acknowledged me, took me to the aisle with locks, was engaging and professional. What a breath of fresh air to receive such awesome service and he was a manager filling in from another store. Then I went to pay for my lock and CC was at the register, she was kind, patient and professional. Another plus in my book she was smiling ? also. These 2 wonderful people need to be on a team to show other employees in other businesses how to treat customers. I will be returning again. Very satisfied!!!”

“If you need pipe fittings or anything to help you complete your work they have it in the store or they will find it for you they also have tools for everything situation you find yourself on these guys know plumbing. Open until 5 pm knowledgeable”
“We purchased carpeting from this Home Depot store. Claudia made sure we were buying the carpeting that best met our needs.
When it came time for the installation we had a problem with the delivery of our carpeting. The store manager Paul got in touch with the installation crew on a Saturday morning and had them contact me to coordinate the installation. Paul then called me back to make sure the installers had contacted me. That's great customer service.”
“I have been using Ferguson for years. The Ordnance Rd location is our companies ‘go to branch’. Pete always has that location stocked and organized. “I HOPE this gets to the Manager or the Owner of This particular store in Glen Burnie because I just want to say with my whole heart that I was treated SOOO VERYYY NICELY & ABOVE & BEYOND by the ladies Trish or Tricia(she has pretty blue hair)& Also the other lady name Vicki that works with her at the Very front of the store at the customer service counter. I came in to look for something & the young lady & Trish/Tricia helped me by pointing me in the right direction & I didn't see it & then Vicki looked it up to help assist me to find Exactly what I wanted. We Both went to the aisle & it wasn't on the floor but instead it was up on the VERY TOP shelf & Vicki generously went to get the step ladder to climb up Safely to get it for me just so I can be satisfied to get what I came for & I'm telling you I REALLY DO APPRECIATE THEM BOTH & I Seriously HOPE & PRAY they get NOTICED & REWARDED for this bcos Every store don't have Great staff that Literally greet you & Also help assist you like way they did just to make sure I was happy. I was put First & Treated VERY NICELY WITHOUT A DOUBT & They're Always sweet to many others & greet them with the same respect & hospitality just like they gave me. This is my regular store that's near me that I go to for the things I need & I Wouldn't want this to go Unmentioned or Unrecognized when they BOTH

He( shopper/customer) went to customer service and they couldnt help, tools peeson couldnt help. Ms debbie found the item that was being looked for, went back to recieving, pulled the items and then brought them out. She was supwe nice and professional, she knew what she was doing. Need more people like this.”
