“Great customer service!!! I needed a 25 ft roll of a specific type of wire fencing, but was unable to find it at Home Depot, Lowe’s or Amazon. Park Hardware was the only place that could get it for me. I went to Park Hardware on a Tuesday to order it and I picked it up at the store Friday morning just 3 days later. Chris is the gentleman who helped me and he was fantastic. He even provided a much appreciated military discount.”
6320 Ritchie Hwy #3, Glen Burnie MD 21061
“I want to give a huge shout-out to Amanda for going above and beyond during my visit. She was handling everything on the floor by herself, helping customers quickly and professionally, and keeping the store running smoothly — all while the manager stayed in the back and didn’t step in to help. Despite being on her own, Amanda stayed patient, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Employees like her are the reason customers keep coming back. Harbor Freight is lucky to have her. Thank you, Amanda, for your hard work and for watching out for customers even when you’re short-staffed. You made a stressful situation look easy. She definitely needs a raise.”

“Just purchased an EGO electric riding mower from Cape Ace. Great service. They put it together and delivered to my home! The mower is the gray one which is close to the profile of my old mower, compact. It has a steering wheel that is very responsive turning tight curves. The power is impressive as well as being quiet. The only thing different ( besides not needing gas, oil changes, etc.) is that the blade will not operate in reverse. You need to line up going forward for blade cutting. Not a problem. It drives like a kiddie car. The charger is easy to use with a standard 110 outlet. The cord is long enough. Nice compartment for your phone or other things. Cup holder. Adjustable seat. Percentage of battery power on the dash. Nice mower! Check it out.”
574 Ritchie Hwy, Severna Park MD 21146
“I went to Park hardware today and no one greeted me. No one asked if they could help me. When I went to the one associate and asked where drain cleaner was. She told me three different spots to find it, come to find they had none to begin with. Went to Ace Hardware in Severna Park was greeted as soon as I came in. I walked past the first aisle and a nice gentleman came out and asked if I needed anything and he took me right where I needed to go chatted with me for a few Minutes. Great service, fully stocked!”
420 Chinquapin Round Rd, Annapolis MD 21401
“A visit was made there because we were looking for unique, contemporary hardware for our newly purchased doors.Sophie was patient with scattered inquiries regarding door pulls, shower heads, and hammered sinks. A quote was provided for our wish list. Once we stain the doors, we'll submit an order for our fabulous choices.”
1633 Crofton Center, Crofton MD 21114
“I had the best experience today at Ace Hardware in Crofton. An employee named Christian went above and beyond—he was kind, helpful, respectful, and walked me through my order with so much patience. It’s rare these days to get such genuine, old-fashioned customer service, and the interaction truly changed my mood and brightened my whole day. Keep up the amazing work, Christian. What you’re doing really does make a difference in people’s lives! Highly recommend this location!”

“While traveling, my partner’s wheelchair lost a caster axle screw. Bruce’s supplied a replacement and spare (hand-cut to right size!)—and wouldn’t accept payment! “I’m not here to make money, but to help people.” ❤️”

“My son went to Johnson Lumber to purchase materials for his Eagle Scout Project. The staff were extremely helpful, answering all of my son's questions and giving him advice on how to build his project. They even gave him a discount and donated some of the materials for the project. I can't say enough good things about the team there. Thank you so much for helping my son and supporting Scouting!”

“I have been using Ferguson for years. The Ordnance Rd location is our companies ‘go to branch’. Pete always has that location stocked and organized. Isaiah and Frank are great to deal with and ALWAYS give us the best info and customer support. We’re glad that our pros have Ferguson’s pros at Ordnance, to go to when we need the help.”

“I was having a plumbing problem and neither Lowe's or Home Depot had the parts I needed to fix the issue. Had resigned myself to calling an expensive plumber out. Someone recommended to check Ferguson plumbing supply and I'm grateful they did. Received excellent customer service from the knowledgeable staff member. I showed him the broken piece of pipe and explained the issue. He immediately got me the two parts I needed and was on my way. Fixed issue perfectly. Big thanks to that man!”

“Best place to get propane by far. They also always have a great selection of dog food, cat food, litter, Carhartt clothing, and more. Only complaint is that online pick up is usually slow.”

“I was so bummed when i went to tool rental because Nae didn't assist me and walked away instead of saying she didn't know...but Scott came for the rescue and helped me and even apologized for the bad experience with Nae's unnecessary attitude...idk why she works there if she cant provide decent customer service”

“Really enjoyed working with Rosalie (5 stars). Purchased a dining room set and chandelier. Items were delivered w/in the same month which is a plus. Would love to purchase more lighting only if their team would install. Took my electrician longer than expected to assemble and install the chandelier, but overall quality is great!I gave 4 stars only because the table leg had a minor ding near the foot, but noticeable considering the money paid. RH called to fixed it, but they’re using a contractor to fix it rather than their own technician. They have yet to reach out. Will update review when and if it does happen.”
1660 Sulphur Spring Rd, Halethorpe MD 21227
“Tim at Arbutus Johnstone is the goat, always a pleasure to talk with and goes above and beyond to assist with contractor needs. Zach and the rest of the staff also very helpful.”

“I believe his name was Chris who helped me in the paint department. He was absolutely wonderful. He matched my pain up. He was very friendly. He gave me some knowledge in regards to repairing the walls and got me with the right materials. I 100% recommend him. He’s a great employee and he had wonderful things to say about the store while I was there he told me all kinds of stories about all the different people that worked for Home Depot and how their families also worked there. I can see why this is such a well run store because of people like him.”
