From the moment I walked in the first time, I could tell that both Kathy and Ashley genuinely care about the dogs they work with. They’re incredibly friendly and welcoming, and every time they’ve groomed our dog, they’ve done an exceptional job. They have reasonable prices, are very easy to reach by phone, and don’t keep your dog there for hours - all things that I very much appreciate!
I highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for outstanding grooming services ?

4645 Arthur Shipley Rd, SykesvilleChristie's Critter Care is the best of the best. What a wonderful place to leave my four legged kiddos and know that they would be happy and well cared for. We received updates and even a video that showed our pups enjoying outside time and running around with new friends. We were able to enjoy our vacation knowing that they were receiving great care. When we picked them up, they were not dirty or smelly (other than normal pup smells) and tails were wagging. SO thankful to have found Christie's Critter Care - she's the best!

We had been to one in another state and we're happy to see there is a local option. That said, this was a different experience. When you walk through the front door, this place is a bar. There are people everywhere. There is live music. The staff is great. The vibe is chill. Just not what I expected. I should have done more research. The spa part is in the back. You check in at the bar. Don't just go walking in. Someone may be in there. There's a sauna, some tubs, and showers to clean off. It's a relatively small space but they delivered on the services without question.

The portions were generous, and everything was well prepared. Kirsten delivered patient and attentive service, which made the experience even better. Located in the historic district of Sykesville, it’s a great spot with plenty of shops nearby to explore. There’s also a convenient parking lot in the rear with handicapped spaces available, which is a big plus.

The service at Ben Gong’s is exceptional because of Sharnelle. She knows the precise way to make a White Peach Oolong. When I walk through the door, Sharnelle always has my order ready. She is efficient, accurate, and engaging.
The ease of placing orders via the app helps to earn a free drink. Seating at Ben Gong’s in Eldersburg is plentiful and comfy, creating a welcome atmosphere to sit and chat with friends.
