“I visited the T-Mobile store on Market St. NE to trade in my old Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus for a Samsung Galaxy S23 FE and Samsung Watch. This has been one of the best customer server experiences I've ever had. Katie, Julian, Hannah and Antoneo greeted me with friendly smiles, professionalism and extremely prompt amazing service! They made my transition very smooth and comfortable with no issues. Their dedication to excellent customer service and professionalism is second to none and reflects great credit upon themselves and the T-Mobile brand. “This store is fantastic, and it's because of the people. I went in with my father in law, and we had a complex issue related to elderly relatives who were T Mobile customers. No one on the phone could help us, so we went to the store. Synthya spent almost an hour with us and solved all of our problems. She patiently listened to the issue and suggested solutions. She worked with us until they were implemented to our satisfaction, and made sure we didn't have any other questions. While she was helping us, other staff members approached her several times for assistance, and all the while, she solved their problems too. She's a dynamo and can help you too. I hope she gets a raise and promoted.”

“Joey Reese provided excellent support to my husband and so during a recent visit. We needed to reactivate our account that was on military suspension when the Sprint to T-Mobile merge happened. Joey was unfamiliar with the process, but he listened to us and willing to call customer service for us to understand more. After a few long minutes he came back out to tell us that it was going to be noted on the account and the bill that we were erroneously charged would be voided.If Joey had not been able to accomplish this for us, our business with T-Mobile would have been done and so would have went with another provider, but thanks to him I will continue to be a customer.I hope that the store sees this and Joey sees this to know that he kindness and patience made a huge difference for us during this holiday season.Respectfully,Sandra and Ian”

“Bruce was great from the very beginning! He was quick to respond to my inquiry. He tried to help me over the phone right away in case it was something simple. When it turned out to be more, he came to my house to diagnose the issue. When it was found to be more than he could fix quickly in-site, he took my laptop with him to repair. He kept me updated along the way and made me feel very comfortable.In our initial conversation he told me, "I respect your data and will make sure to keep it in tact", this was what solidified my decision to use him. The repair was secondary, recovering my data was my top priority- and he did just that!! My laptop is back up and running and all my data has been restored. Thank you, a million times, THANK YOU, Bruce!!”

“I was a current Metro Pcs user who was simply ready for me and my family to get a change in things I walked into the door with open arms Mr Juelo excuse the misspelling of the name greeted me and treated me very nicely now I've been to stores where they were out to just get your money in this case I didn't get treated this way he not only explained the features on my that I purchased but also helped me set my Google back up. “This is my first time having to go back and update/revise a review I've submitted. Let me say it's not the independent retail store but the company they represent. I took my mother to this store for her 87th birthday to finally upgrade her iPhone and change from one carrier to Verizon since all her home services were through them. It just made sense she had finished paying off the phone from the previous carrier to bundle her cell phone into the internet, cable, and home phone. In addition, it will make it easier for my siblings and me to assist her in paying her bills. I thought everything was done when we entered the store, and I firmly articulated that this was what we wanted to do. So, we left thinking that it was done and that her monthly bill would reflect electronically this new item added to her services with Verizon. This was in November, and in January, my mother called me hysterical that she received a bill of over $800.00 along with a cut-off notice for her cell services and sending her information to a collection agency. I immediately logged on to her account and didn't notice anything unusual. So, I chalked it up to thinking that it was spam. I then went to her house to look at three bills with three account numbers on them. After not getting a favorable response by telephone, I immediately got the bills and went to the store we purchased the cell phone from to find out what happened. I was met by a young lady named "Nimota," who spent over an hour working with me to find out how to rectify this situation so my mother's services could be restored. I am not a Verizon customer; little did I know that their wireless and home services fall under two separate entities. So, in essence, as a customer, you receive TWO separate bills; one for home and one for cell. WHO KNEW; WTH. I will spare you further details of this fiasco. Nevertheless, I wanted to highlight "Nimota" and her incredible patience, poise, professionalism, knowledge of the carrier and who to connect me with. Her gentle spirit and calm personality kept me as we came to a peaceful resolution to this mishap to some degree. I hope that the store manager cherishes the gift of her presence in this store.”
