“I scheduled online but I didn't want to upload a picture of my driver's license and a picture of my social security card. It just didn't seem secure. I went there and asked to upload the pics there and the staff behind the desk seemed annoyed that I didn't do it online. They gave me a tablet but didn't say where I could lay my ID's down to take the photos. They rudely said to use the table across the room as though I should have known it already. Then they said I would have to scan a credit card for their files. Which I never had to do before. So I said no. Then she rudely said I would have to pay $240 now or be denied service today. It seems too much to leave a open credit card on file. They have my social security insurance info. The doctor s are very pleasant and professional and efficient.”
“I had a very pleasant and efficient service at this location with Stephanie (and a lady in training). I did go ahead and make an appointment vs walk-in, since an option was available near to a convenient time for me, and upon arrival, the kiosk check-in was extremely efficient. I was then checked in by Stephanie and seen immediately (I arrived 15 min before my appointment time). Stephanie took my order, took my blood, and sent me on my way. Idk how long results will take, but I'd return to this location again.”

“Very quick service, was in and out when arriving early in the day for a walk-in. They also allow appointments if that is more your speed and you need to organize your timing a bit more. I would avoid 11-2, as they said this is their most busiest time.”

The front desk employee was extremely friendly and helpful the location is convenient for transportation from all directions in DMV area. No appointments needed just walk in. “It is very obvious that this location is very understaffed. I was there for 8:15 appointment and the waiting room was full with scheduled appointments and walk-ins. The two people I interacted with had to check people in and then do the actual lab work. I give them credit for being as patient and nice as they were.”
