“The Verve is by far the best hotel in the Natick area. Staff friendliness is one of the best. I’ve stayed at The Verve about 5 times and definitely recommend it. Rooms are clean and both breakfast and dinner are surprisingly good. A shout out to Ellen who went over and above to make my latest stay really great.”

“We just stayed here for a hockey tournament and the only reason I am leaving a review is because three individuals truly stood out and went out of their way to make not only our stay nicer, but the kids! I am so mad at myself for not remembering the woman at the front desk who greeted us. She made every morning and afternoon pleasant, asking my son about his games. Colleen and Amanda in the bar and restaurant were the other two happy faces that just went out of their way to be hospitable. I can’t imagine it being fun working in an environment surrounded by Hockey kids (WILD and sometimes entitled), and just being amazing people.”
“Trendy hotel with a great vibe in the lobby area. The seating, bar, and pool table area all really cool to get you out of the room and into a lounge atmosphere. The room was spacious and well laid out but my only complaints were the lack of a real desk and the shower head!! For me the shower can make or break the stay and this one didn't deliver. I did like the restaurant booth style sofa and table but it really wasn't a good fit for doing work and there is plenty of space in the room to have a desk as well so just a thought for the traveling workers. The hotel does have a BJ's right beside it and the wings were great!! So you do have some food options close by. Front desk team upon arrival was really good but the morning person at checkout was kind of just there. Overall a good stay, you won't be disappointed except for the shower head lol.”

“I have been to a many a hotel bar. This was one of the most fantastic experiences I could have had. I was visiting a friend in town and certainly did not expect the level of customer service and excellence that was provided by our bartender Sasha. Despite the fact the bar was full and she had tables to serve I felt like I was the most important customer. Additionally, her ratios for her old fashioned were perfect. Could not have expected more and am very pleased. Would be happy to stay here in the future knowing she's the bartender.”

“Very pleased with our stay. Two rooms were booked. Both rooms upon check in had separate problems. Desk person moved us to an upgraded rooms.
Clean rooms, staff helpful, quiet stay. Would stay again if in that area.”
“The desk staff here are amazing and so helpful! (They get 5 stars). I was originally put in room 210, and at 11 pm apparently they start doing night laundry and all you can hear and feel is the spin cycle on the commercial washers shaking the room! The gentleman working the front desk immediately found me another room on the 3rd floor and helped me move....he was so helpful! But you shouldn't have to move rooms at midnight. Otherwise, very cute colonial type inn, huge rooms with sitting area and 2 tvs. Didn't have time to try the breakfast. Easy parking on any side of the building. The room and bathroom were very clean, but disappointed the used towels weren't changed out during the day! Stayed two nights.”
“Very convenient to Boston, although the 35 miles took about 1-1/2 hours with traffic. As a Hilton Gold traveler, I try to stay in Hampton Inns across the country. On this New England trip, this was a good choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms and common areas were very clean. Breakfast varied each day and were good. I was surprised there was no decaf coffee, but the high test coffee was always available.”

“Miss Angela was super helpful. She checked us in an hour early since we’d traveled 12 straight hours and were in the area. The room was the perfect size and CLEAN. We stayed 4 nights, and housekeeping came twice - they were very respectful of our items and nothing was out of place. The location is a little tricky off the highway, but walkable to a few restaurants. Parking was a little lacking, but we were still able to snag a spot each night after our adventures. Hands down the best Motel 6 I have been to after 7 years of being a loyal customer (since I’ve had my dog)”
“I stayed here a few weeks ago for a concert. The next day when I left to the airport for my flight home I had forgotten my ipad and flew home without it. I contacted the hotel and they ended up shipping it back to my home. My ipad made it to my house and I actually didn't think I would get it back. They have earned my respect and I would come back.”

“The service at this conference center and inn was top notch! The team was very friendly and accommodating. They recognized any potential needs right away and went above and beyond consistently. You can tell every team member takes pride in their work and the facility. The food was also delicious, and there were lots of inclusive options for allergen alerts, vegan/vegetarians, and more. The nighttime smore and fire option was awesome! I was impressed!”
