“Walked in with a broken + an older Xfinity remote that we were using for our 2 TVs. Was greeted promptly by an employee and he swapped out remotes for brand new ones so quickly! My husband and I thought it might be a process in order to switch them out, but we were in and out of the store with working/new remotes in under two minutes! “I have to give this store five Stars. I received incredible service from Miciah who was able to efficiently serve two customers at a time. T-mobile is very fortunate to have a Technician of this caliber. He was courteous and friendly to everyone who walked in the door. One issue I did notice that those who were told 1 or 2 were ahead of them, left the store and came back only to find 1 or 2 still ahead. Best waiting your turn. The Techs are very good and efficient.”

“I was looking for a phone charger and I happen to stop into the Verizon. I was reluctant because I feel like a lot of salesman try to off charge me or convince me to buy things I don't want. So I usually be a really upfront and just say I want what I want. My salesman today was Martel. I asked him for a charger wire in a block. Instead of trying to charge me for the most expensive item showed me the item I was looking for I was completely honest with me. It was the first time I had a good experience at Verizon. I would recommend coming to this Verizon location and if you're not happy with your salesman ask for Martel he will treat you right.”

“$90/mo plan $19 protection=$119. I am being billed $156 and everytime I call get inaccurate info. I set calendar alerts and notifications a week before and the day of. Unacceptable. Zero transparency and am hit with fees.

After much effort this was rectified. Save your documentation and call them and ask for verification emails and download myverizon app.”
