“I had the pleasure of watching the UPS Staff Member, James, in action this afternoon as he juggled the needs of multiple customers at once. James is a model of professionalism, demonstrates impeccable customer service, is extremely efficient and beyond courteous. He was able to attend to three or four customers at the same time with ease. For my own package drop off, he explained that with my return I could only use one label although the company sent me two bags to use. James quickly solved my issue my reusing a box that another customer did not use and had left behind. He came up with this solution in an instant! It was a delight to watch James in action and a number of customers were commenting on their pleasant interactions with James. Thanks again, James!”

“I had some baby shower invitations and favor tags literally last minute and went there on a Thursday around 4 pm. The owner was very attentive and gave me the invitations in a very high quality prints and everything cut. He was leaving for a vacation but he did everything possibly so I can have the invitations by Friday noon! Thank you!! If you need good service and quality this is the place.”

“So I went here before Christmas when holiday shipping was very hectic, et al. I got a package and did not realize it was a gift from a family member at first/thought it was credit card fraud actually, and to make a long story short--I started a return on the gift--the gift was returned to the online site via Happy Returns and I was directed to the Fedex office at 10 Post Office square. Now there are a few Fedex offices around Post Office Square in the Financial District and I overshot (my fault) and had to walk back This Fedex office is on the end of the park near the Langham hotel -- nearer to the Quincy Market side of the District. Inside they were short staffed but they were trying, the young lady who helped me was friendly and efficient and she also paused to help someone else who needed help with a self service question--copier/loading the paper/where he could find it, et al. It all went smoothly, I was a bit worried b/c no receipt but the family member emailed me to tell me the return went through/all was well. This was my limited experience here but it was a positive one.”
“Super helpful at the store and very nice. But beware there is a charge to drop off your package there based on weight, and one price if you are a hotel guest (less) vs. a walk-in (more.) Honestly, shame on FedEx for doing that. But other than that the clerk was great and very nice.
There is another official center a few blocks up at 187 Dartmouth Street that does not charge the extra fee.”

“The location within the Hotel is great. Jared and his team are super helpful! Came through last week for a conference and they were just great! I see a bunch of reviews about the fees. This is a very common practice within hotels now. Lucky it’s FedEx and not another company. Most companies with comparable services charge a minimum of $300 to ship/receive packages. With FedEx I was able to receive all my stuff and print a bunch for half of that.”
“I would like to talked about my experience, when I went to this store and print my shipping label, I printed the label too small to see at first. But after that, Tony let me send him the shipping label and printed that out for me, and then he helped me to pack up my box very patiently. I was really appreciated and had a really good experience at FedEx!”
