This is a must try for wings, give this man your business you will not be disappointed.. the wings were so good I will definitely be back. Everything was fresh, fries stayed crispy (which never happens after you get home) but these were so perfect. I've never had lemon pepper wings before and so glad I got them. “Aug2022: 4⭐: I was visiting with my family members today and didn't bring cash to pay for parking and to get some food for our long day. Cash is key! The machine was fairly new, functional, and clean, but not including the surrounding area It was contained. There were papers on the floor that apparently customers missed tossing into the trash.”
“I didn't have the chance to get an online survey of this branch for a long time, so I feel the urge to write one here, because I feel it's worth to make the walk to this branch as opposed to the hit or miss service thru a telephone call to customer service. After talking to 3 representatives yesterday at the phone and the suggestion to connect me to a 4th one, I decided to give up and go to the local branch. I knew that the manager and officers there would be able to solve my problem and they did. BofA seems to do a great job in hiring excellent people for this branch, because I don't remember any bad service in the 20+ years I am with the bank. Hurma Maluschi, the manager and Nhi Nguyen, a senior officer are really outstanding professionals and make a delight to do business at this branch. Needless to say that my problem got solved in a heartbeat by Nhi.I wish BofA would have as much success screening their employees for customer service on phone lines as they do for the branches. I understand that dealing with an account closing due to a fraudulent check is not everyday business, but people at customer service should at least where to direct you on the phone.”

This bank has been so helpful to me in so many ways for me since english is my second language and I sometimes struggle with the language (I'm still learning) They are very patient and try to understand me and help me understand everything. I've called them so many times in my last vacations with problems and they always resolved and helped me in every situation that I had during my vacations. “I dropped by because I had questions about a checking account promotion that started in the middle of the summer. The staff is pretty polite and helpful. The banker was patient with my inquiry regarding whether I was fulfilling the requirements for the promotion and able to provide a clear answer by showing me where to look in my account. One of the better banking encounters. This place is definitely not the place for getting money from the ATM since it is located inside and locked after business hours are over, which may mean a hike to one of the other ATM locations in Downtown or around Tufts Medical.”
