Pet Care

VCA Metro Cat Hospital
1630 Beacon St, BrooklineWas recommended the VCA through some friends when adopting two rescue kittens. We had the most wonderful vet experience here! Excellent staff all around from front desk, to the veterinary assistants, veterinarians and veterinary technicians. Everyone was so incredibly kind and knowledgeable, patient and caring. Such a welcoming atmosphere and I felt my kittens were given such a thorough and comfortable examination. Everyone here cares about the work they do and it shows! Highly recommend the VCA Metro Cat Hospital in Brookline!

woof local
672 Chestnut Hill Ave, BrooklineI’ve reviewed WoofLocal before but wanted to re-review since some time has passed. John and his team are the best. Caring and compassionate, and they really know and love my weird little doggie girl. John has been a hugely important part of my dog’s life since 2020, and has been a godsend for me with work travel and the return to office transition. My dog LOVES when John comes to pick her up for playgroup, and I know she is in the best hands when she stays with him for boarding. John is responsive and flexible, and I feel so fortunate so have found him and his company.

Far Out Ice Cream
419 Harvard St, BrooklineI'm actually from New Zealand.
It was really nice coming here and having a taste of home after being out of the country for 5 years.
It even has that bit of vanilla at the bottom of the cone that fails to blend but we love that!
Friendly staff too, which is probably the least NZ authentic thing about this place

Tatte Bakery & Cafe | Beacon St
1003 Beacon St, BrooklineWhat a cool experience in this cute bakery and cafe chain. Boston first time visitors, need to try this cafe for sure. I love chai latte and this one was the best one I have ever tried anywhere so far. I could taste tea leaves instead of just sugar which is what I taste at other cafes. Thank you for quality variety :)♥️
