“Stereo installation pros. Its been two years and my system still sounds amazing. Derek sorry just getting around to this. Small world we had never met, well maybe in the 80's as we ran in a similar circle. Speed is just a question of money. How fast do you want to go? Same with stereo systems. I can't remember the techs name but he was super nice did a great job. I had a leak somewhere rug was soaked instead of blowing it off they lifted all the carpet and dried it out. You get what you pay for. Wrapped cables etc, prideful work ethic. Great job. The shop is part high end showroom part museum. If I had the money the detailer looks A+ too. If you're preparing or prepping for future work have a check list on the work order.

“I have been a customer of Zetronix for over 15 years. I first purchase was a single lens Black box dashboard camera. During these years, it has endured very hot and cold season and it is still doing its job. Someone stole my SUV out of state and throw it out the window, after stealing the car, and I happened to be going down a street and saw what looked like my camera on the side the street. Once I got back in state I plugged it up and it’s still does it job. Now I purchased the Rout 4K dual lens dashboard camera. About a month using it and like all of Zetronics products I’ve purchased, it work super good. It plugs into the OBD2 connector. The instruction says it won’t drain your battery, it doesn’t. In the parking mode, it picks up people or movements about 30 feet away. And the sides and the back of my car it picks up movement at a distant and it sends out a text or a video of the movements. You will be very satisfied with this unit because if some one attempt to steal your car you have have a video stored on your phone”

We came in to get my wife a new phone and he walked us through all the current deals and plans. After talking through our options not only did we get a great deal on a new phone but he helped us lower our monthly payments based on how we use our phones and set me up with information on how to switch to Fios for our home internet which I’ve been thinking about doing. “Today was honestly one of the worst days I’ve had in a long time.
I came in planning to port my number to T-Mobile. The process was extremely rough, frustrating, and in the end, unsuccessful — entirely due to issues left behind by AT&T, not this store.
What made the difference was the people here.
From the moment the staff understood what I was dealing with, they didn’t rush me, dismiss me, or tell me “it’s not our problem.” Instead, they were patient, professional, and genuinely willing to help. They spent a significant amount of time — nearly an hour — actively trying to troubleshoot and clean up the mess AT&T left behind.
Even though the port ultimately couldn’t be completed, I could clearly see the effort:
They cared
They tried
They treated my problem like it actually mattered
In the end, I had to make the tough decision to abandon my old number and start fresh — and I chose to do that with T-Mobile, because the experience in this store made that choice easy.
Sometimes great service isn’t about magically fixing everything.
It’s about effort, responsibility, and treating people with respect when things go wrong.
Thank you to the team here for turning a terrible day into one that at least ended with the right decision.”

“I live in Maryland but am a Boston native, and found Sergio and 247 Drums on line searching for Yamaha dealers. I was looking for a special set of drums for my husband for his birthday and fathers day. He is a big Larry Mullen fan U2, and wanted the Yamaha silver sparkle finish - which you cannot just go out and find or order on line. I reached out to Sergio who simply made it happen. Through Covid and all life's craziness, my wonderful husband, who never does anything for himself, has always wanted a "real" drum kit. We put together the most incredible of kits, and my children and I made a huge Larry Mullen presentation to gift him his dream set. Sergio is an incredible resource - meticulous, diligent, incredibly responsive and patient. Sergio did not try to "sell" me anything - he guided me expertly, from choosing the right set up, to providing updates along the way, to being patient with me getting cold feet on the purchase, Sergio couldn't have been more wonderful. The order (because of Yamaha custom work and shipping) did take a bit to fulfill - but Sergio kept in contact with Yamaha, communicating with me throughout the process. Sergio was always on top of it and made sure that we got everything we ordered, delivered perfectly to Maryland. And it was a huge set - Yamaha Drum Set AHM Hybrid Maple custom order silver sparkle 4 pc kit (22, 10, 12, 16), snare 6 x 14, floor tom 14, additional bass drum 24, hardware pack, extra stands and pedals, Paiste 14 hh signature heavy, 16 and 18 power signature crashes, 2022 22 ride, and a seat! The wait was MORE than worth it. He was incredibly generous with pricing, matching online offers without me asking, and was just incredible. He is a wonderful musician as well, and made this gift extra special for my husband. Thank you Sergio!!! I am recommending 247 Drums to everyone I know! Now, Bobby cannot wait to start virtual lessons with Sergio. We thank you and 247 Drums for making a lifelong dream come true!”
