“This place is awesome. We didn’t realize what time they closed and came in after closing, but the owner let us in. He gave fantastic guidance and we ended up getting a new record player and receiver here. Super nice, lovely place.Also the owner has a wonderful polish accent :)”
“We use cambridge sound for our company fleet. Herc and crew are always so helpful and knowledgable when it comes to our camera system and installation of lockboxes. They really go the extra mile to call the camera company tech support to troubleshoot directly, and will always try to fit us in at a moments notice. There have been unplanned events when we are mid delivery and have an emergency issue that they will have us come take care of and back on the road. I cannot recommend them enough for their skill and professionalism!”
“I normally don't leave reviews of companies that don't sell food, but Motu has some of the best customer service I have ever received. I bought a Motu M2 in summer of 2020 and recently had some some build quality issues. I called and asked what could be done and they said send it in and we'll send you a new one. $15 for shipping there and two weeks later I have a brand new unit that is much improved years after the warranty ended.Definitely will be buying from this company again especially since they make their stuff in the USA.That's how you keep a customer satisfied!”

“I walked in to get assisted (Belkin support assistance for my phone protector) by Jaleel Sanders without any reservations or call ahead, yet he was incredibly down to earth and accommodating, and a few months ago when I replaced my phone with the same location a guy helped me that was incredibly polite, nice and accommodating as well. I am more than satisfied with their service and would love to leave a review.”

“Came out of the iconic Porter Sq. Red line 'T' stop & headed for the Target located to its right-across the street. Three of the sales associates i interacted w/ were very helpful in giving assistance to my questions. Over all the store is well maintained & have a fair selection of merchandise (but no bird seed, which is what I went in to look for, & the ladies rest room has no way of drying ones hands). Otherwise I would return to shop here again.”
“My phone voice recorder stopped working so that when you were trying to talk to someone they could not hear me but I could hear them. I went to another store and no one could fix it or help other than get a new phone. Granted my phone is older and should really be replaced. I was assisted here by a young man named Malik. I explained the situation and right off the bat he suggested that I use my headphones since they would have a voice recorder built right in. Sure enough when I got home I tried this and it worked! He was genuinely nice, thoughtful and did not push a new phone on me. As soon as I get my taxes done I will be going to see him for a new phone! Shows you that there are good people out there who still care!”

“I like the vibe here. I live up there road on Prospect Hill, and we have a handful of ghetto ass convenience stores, the sort off places you might see in a place like Guatemala City. This 7-Eleven is refreshing, and to be completely honest, is firing on all cylinders. Fresh and hot foods full up and all on point. Coffee station full and on point. Junk food selection is multi-aisle and is full and vast. Nice BOGO deals on junk food and drinks. On top of all that, it's open 24/7.”
“At this 7-eleven, I met a kind worker who helped me. His name was albedo. He helped me work the slushee machine and even gave me a small momento (which was a care bear) he was very kind and had French fry hair. Please promote this man”
