“It is so refreshing when you go into a store, and you experience, exceptional customer service. From the moment you walk in, you feel like the people behind the counter are in a good mood, genuinely happy to have customers and just being down to earth and cool. The three guys who work at the store are just super cool! I was only in there for a few minutes, but I had such a fun experience chatting with them. It’s so refreshing because sometimes nowadays you walk into a store and the person behind the counter doesn’t even make eye contact with you, doesn’t say anything when you say hello and doesn’t smile and does not engage with you. I don’t understand that. But thankfully, there are stores like this! Rock on guys. I’ll always come back!”

“I had a wonderful experience with this location. I won an auction at the last minute and called this store to see if someone could facilitate a pickup so I could catch a last-minute flight without paying those high prices. Ross was exceptional and was very willing to help me out on this journey, as the auction was very close. He picked up the item for me, packaged it very well, and was professional throughout the entire interaction. I would recommend this site to anyone in the area as they go above and beyond in customer support and will take care of you. “Every time I've been there, there's a woman working checkout, and she is simply wonderful. I can't seem to catch her name, but i want to acknowledge that she does an incredible job. She was ringing out 3 customers at one time today, while trying to get everyone into their app to save money. She is always so sweet and always tries to make sure everyone is getting the best deal possible. Truly, she is a gem and I hope she is appreciated.
She is the only reason I am giving 5 stars. The staples app is hot garbage. But y'all have a queen working overtime to make up for it.”

She helped me and another customer navigate some tricky Amazon return issues that helped us both save time on a hectic Monday Evening which could be a valid excuse for grouchiness!
