“Overall the experience was pretty horrible. We stayed for business and picked for the location. The rooms were obviously not cleaned (underwear was found in front of the bed and the showers had dirt in the tub). Location was central to what we needed for our business trip, but I'd choose to drive further for another hotel next time I find myself on the cape.”

“We absolutely loved this hotel! Its right on the beach, all employees were friendly, very very clean!! Pool is cleaned every single morning! Front desk ladies were wonderful on giving recommendations for places to eat! I cant wait to book our stay with them next year!!”

“Good place for the money. One of the more affordable options on the Cape. Being as close to the water as you are. Being on the main road (rte 28) makes a little noisy with regular police and ambulance traffic. During my stay, the indoor pool was closed except for the morning we were leaving, for maintenance. outdoor pool was a nice option when not at the beach or to kill time between activities.”

“Have had the opportunity to stay here a few times during the winter months the past few years. The pool area is wonderful and offered a great respite from the cold winter months. Rooms are under a renovation plan over the next two years. Front desk staff are very helpful and the entire area is very clean. Upstairs is the Loft restaurant that is great. Hope to visit during the summer months with the outdoor bar area and pools.”

“Cute, cozy, charming atmospere that always feels like home when you return. You will always feel like family here. The rooms are clean and decorated beautifully. Martin is an amazing host and will always make sure you have everything you need. Ashley and Dina are the sweetest. This place is a hidden gem that is truly special. Also about a 10-15 min walk from the beach! Beach towels are provided during your stay.”

“Loved the atrium atmosphere. The food had mixed reviews although mostly very good. We are a foodie family so very high expectations. Biggest comment was more seasonings nneeded. The lobster-encrusted cod was amazing and the fish and chips was "the best I ever had!" Salmon also had great reviews. I think the server was very good although was very very busy. She seemed a little overwhelmed and thinking this was due to too many tables. She was very attentive, kind, professional. We had to ask for water. She was very sweet to the two little girls we had with us. Prices were very good”

“This is a good hotel - clean, good staff, great location for the Cape. The only issue was the toilets are really low and small. If you are tall or have a weight issue this will probably be a problem. I am 65 and thankfully in decent shape, and I had trouble with it.”

“PROs: The location is great, and the rooms themselves are clean and have clearly been renovated. The rate is good, and so if you're looking for a truly decent place to stay near the beach at a fair rate, this is probably a good spot.

CONs: There are just details that could benefit from some tightening up, and that in my mind keep it from being a spot I'd seek out again. The wall Heat/AC unit was fussy to say the least. We reset it three times, and it finally operated as it should. When we arrived, it was cold outside, and the room temp was in the 50s, so its needing that much troubleshooting was a bummer. Similarly, despite literally downloading the manual from the web, we could never get the in-room coffeemaker to brew. It's a Keurig knock-off, and it shows. And when we wanted a late night snack, the vending machine wouldn't take bills, just coins.

I love these renovated old-school motels, but when they're not traditionally operated, meaning you don't check in with a human on-site, things really do just have to work for a customer to feel great about the property. We've stayed at several over the years, and while the attempt at excellent was there, the bummer in my mind is that it just wasn't. I hope that a year from now I read that all of these wobbles have been resolved. I'm rooting for Team Sandy Neck.”

“Can't beat the location. Perfect weekend getaway accommodation. We stayed in the double room, which has a partition that separates the bedroom and living room space. Rooms were clean, and comfortable. Literally across the street from Parker Beach. Recommend this for anyone looking for a weekend cape cod summer getaway.”

“We have stayed here twice now and plan to return whenever we are in the area. The very best Inn we have ever stayed at with the best people and environment. The care that the owners give to each and every detail does not go unnoticed. They take such great care of you here we cannot give enough stars for the experience.”

Sonny and Zee were the nicest and truly went out of their way to make me feel welcome and cared for. I felt safe, comfortable, and very much at home. Thank you for making my stay so great!”

“I stayed here weekly for nearly 3 years, sadly I will have to stay elsewhere due to work schedule changes. The front staff is amazing, both check in and Christine with check out. Clean rooms too, great location and parking.”

“This is not a fancy place but it has everything you need and done right. Two pools - indoor and outdoor. Great setting - the picnic area overlooking the salt marsh is wonderful; you get the nature experience despite being on a road full of motels. Pretty good breakfast - basic motel stuff but done right. With fresh fruit too! There's also a gym - definitely needs an upgrade, but it available and functional. Enjoyed my stay.”

“We rented the apartment. It was perfect for a family. It had a fridge and stove to do some cooking. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and less then 15 mins to Main Street with tons of restaurants and shops. Ginny and Craig were great, they provided recommendations and always a pleasure to speak with. We enjoyed our stay.”

“This is the best affordable lodging in Hyannis, MA. The rooms are so clean and spacious. Our room had brand new furnishings. You can't beat the location AND it has indoor and outdoor pools. I highly recommend that you stay here.”

“I am frequent guest of the DTH in Hyannis. The employees and especially the manager couldn't be more accommodating. The rooms are clean and the lobby has a nice little bar for the evening. I look forward to returning especially since their state of the art gym will be completed within the next few months.”

“Stayed Friday-Sunday and had an enjoyable time. The room was very nice, true to photos, clean and updated. The mini fridge was good sized and able to hold all the groceries I brought with me. The bathroom was very clean and even has an antibacterial UV light option. Location is perfect. It was across the street from the beach so I was able to get a spot early and relax all day. They also had well kept a pool. Would stay here again for a weekend get away. My only complaint was noise from nearby construction (which they can't control) and that you have to pay a $25 daily parking fee.”

“Oh my gosh , not every day do you find a guess receptionist that is willing to help you . Dena at the front desk when out of her duty to help us . I applaud her for her efforts, thank you and may God blessings be upon you. We need more Dena in this world”

“We came to the Aiden after a horrible experience at the Harborside Suites. The employee at the desk was so nice and even offered us an upgrade. The rooms were so nice and clean. all of the employees were super nice and it was a great experience. Stay here if you get a chance!”

“The place was great! Great rooms and everything was literally in walking distance… from malls, to coffee shops, Trader Joe’s and some food places like Bamboo.”

“Contrary to many harsh reviews, this place is not so bad. I had some concerns before my arrival for a conference. The staff has been more than welcoming. The rooms are not 5 star accommodations but clean and maintained. The shower water pressure is great, better than at home. The conference center accommodations are well equipped and comfortable. The food is reasonably priced and not bad at all. Nice large outdoor pool and pool furniture. The staff and management are really trying to make a positive experience.”

“Pleasantly surprised - Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was nice, pet friendly & location was amazing! I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews (especially from a few years ago) but it looks like they have refurbished recently. While it’s not the Hyatt or Ritz, it’s still much better than some places we have stayed with our dog.”

“We chose Comfort Inns because it located in Hyannis, so central to where we wanted to be located; after a hiatus from the Cape for over 20 years. The rates were reasonable. With taxes just under $600 for 4 nights. The desk staff were friendly, professional & helpful. The lobby was clean. Pool available if you were inclined to swim. The breakfast, available from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. was hot & plentiful; usually scrambled eggs & sausage or bacon; along with a variety of bagels, make your own waffles, fresh fruit, muffins & cold cereals. Someone was always in attendance, making certain items were stocked, tables cleaned & food area taken care of & wiped down. I gave a tip my last day, as it was well deserved by the staff member. As for the rooms, they appeared to be recently ( last few years) renovated. We had 2 queens in ours. Adequate room to move around & set up suitcases. The rooms were very clean, as were the bathrooms. The sink area was just outside the bath/ toilet area, with shelving below adequate to store toiletries etc. A hair dryer, iron/ ironing board were provided, as well as small coffee maker, microwave & mini fridge, as one might inspect. All items were very clean, in good operating order. As for parking, there was always adequate ( free) parking. Centrally located. Did I mention, there was a pizza place located down the street a few blocks away ( same side), which made great pizza by the slice, if desired, great, large salads & Cannoli made on the premises. They offered other fare as well. Wonderful!!”

“We had a room with a loft on the beach. RM 201 is on the 2nd and 3rd floor with 2 queen beds downstairs and a fold out queen sofa upstairs. Room was refreshed. Bathroom was fine water pressure in the shower was unusually good. Kitchen area was a little small could use a coffee nook table. The coffee maker was on a tray on the cook top. Had a table with 4 chairs. Maybe a bigger table with 6 chairs in case you had a full house. We had 5. Ordered Doordash one night at a nearby pizza place didn't have enough seats in the room. Pizza on the cape is not a thing.
Couldn't make tea with water in a pan if you brought one, had to put the coffee maker on the cooler we brought. The little store area could offer some half and half for sale, it has small milk bottles. No breakfast or coffee available on the grounds but there are plenty of places near by.
Strangely the room doesn't have silverware or pans even though it has cabinets, a small fridge, a sink and a cook top. Plastic ware is available from the front desk. There are 2 balconies one small one downstairs and one upstairs. 2 chairs on each so if you have the 6 people the room will fit your not sitting together outside. Many of the decks are poly wood but ours were pretty weathered pressure treated. There a plenty of lounge chairs by the beach and pools. Could use a couple regular chairs by the water for us older folks who can't get up from the low lounge chairs. 2 good size TVs in the room that had content for the kids. I went back and forth here but I hope you get the idea. They call themselves a boutique hotel. I traveled for work. I spent 3 days a week in hotels at a minimum sometimes months all over the world. If I owned a hotel they would have showers with good water pressure and a wand not a shower head alone the toilets would all be toto brand with a bidet seat. I first experienced the toto at the Hotel Grand Via above the Kyoto train station perfect. At least 600 thread count sheets and a blanket not a duvet. too heavy. A restaurant and bar that you wanted to be at. On the roof if possible. The China Grill on top of the Park Hyatt is an amazing venue. Overlooks Beijing on the 65 floor. The hotel lobby is on the 64th floor. Rooms are below. Anyway the Ocean Mist...I'll probably go back”

“There is no hot tub. It broke and took it out of service for good. Besides that, it’s a nice hotel and they still have a sauna right next to the 4 foot pool and breakfast.”

“We are enjoying a long weekend and the location is perfect for our plans. Directly across the street from the ferry to Nantucket- great to only walk a few steps to our room after an entire day walking the island. The hotel is still under construction following a fire several years ago (progress delayed) and there isn't an onsite restaurant and the indoor pool wasn't open in mid April as stated on the website- they are working on all items. There is a breakfast/lunch shop across the street and The Black Cat down the street so food is close enough. The staff is friendly. The room is nice- new remodel modern nautical style. Comfortable bedding, plenty of USB ports, table for two, frig and micro. The water temp in the shower could be hotter.”
