“My dog is a golden retriever (husky-maybe) mix. He is friendly but I have found rocks smarter, all that to say it is hard to wash him at home, harder to actually get him to a groomer. He is either hugging the ground or hopping over fences and guards.The employee showed me how to work everything, and then left me alone ... Which is really nice when it's embarrassing that you don't have a well trained dog. We then went out, got treats and left all for under $70.”

“We love Fetch It! We will not take our 135lb Great Dane anywhere else! Gage is always happy, calm and smells fantastic when we pick him up. He normally gets anxious leaving our property … going to the vet… or just being separated from us. He does not do well behind closed doors or in crates -he escapes! However…No anxiety with Fetch It! We will be back again and again. ”

“1 year ago on June 30th 2023 after an unexpected illness, it became necessary to put my cat down. It was a very painful time for both my kitty and me. Lowell Humane Society made our last moments together beautiful. My little girl was calm and unafraid. They prepared a special place for me to see and hold my beautiful girl after she crossed over. I held her, kissed her, took a long last look and took a picture of her at peace instead of in pain. Everyone was so kind and respectful. Thank you Lowell Humane Society! I am forever grateful!

“What a wonderful experience?! I met Sandy through a mutual friend. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and invited. These cats are truly part of a family from the very beginning. They are also socialized with other animals and children early on. Sandy invited me to meet her family and fur babies. My number one rule is being able to see where my pet comes from. Her cats are warm, social and beautiful, they greeted me and gave me kisses the moment I sat down. Sandy definitely has a love for the breed and life itself. Thank you, the world needs more Sandy’s.”
“This year's (2023) quality of pellet fuel is very good.One thing has really improved. Everyone asks if you need help. I bought extra wood pellets dye cold weather after burning 2 tons. These were inferior wood pellets @$6 a bag. It leaves an odor not normally associated with hardwood which is what it was indicated on the bag to be. Finding a cart to load them on was not easy. It may be time to buy next winters supply from your regular supplier. If you can locate the quality at last year's price with an increase in delivery I suggest you do it. If was another product I'd give them 4 stars but product brings it down a notch. It's an annoying odor that leaves your throat scratchy. It's not COVID.”

“I love bringing my Dachshund puppy to doggy daycare. Every time she comes she is always soooo happy to be there. The girls who take care of her are consistent and my pup absolutely loves them as well. She has separation anxiety usually but when it comes to going to doggy daycare she does not.”
