“Great first impression! The store is tidy and aesthetically pleasing; the fish appear healthy; their tanks are clean and contain appropriate shelters, etc.; and they have a nifty set-up for their frags.Dre, the manager, was friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. I was particularly gratified to see how patient and careful he was when catching the firefish we decided to get.The store’s loyalty program is pretty decent, plus they carry a variety of LRS food blends that our fish enjoy. We’ll definitely stop by when we’re in the area again.”

“I purchased a puppy from here on 1/30/22 for the first time ever. I thought the place was very nice. It is run by young teenagers but they were very friendly and respectful. They were able to answer any questions I had and gave me a few referrals for vets and grooming. I got a dog that’s original name was Toronto he’s a cream colored golden retriever and now his name is Bruin but he turned out to be the best dog ever. He’s perfectly healthy and happy. Bruin is also very spoiled. If I was going to get another dog I would definitely go back to puppies on the run. It is expensive but I think it’s worth it but maybe I got lucky. I liked the place was clean and the staff were helpful. I would recommend to others. I’ve heard/read negative things on the place but you don’t really know until you experience for yourself and I had a good experience.”

The place is clean ,well stocked and the animals are very well cared for . The live food is top quality . So much better than the chain stores . “My dog is a golden retriever (husky-maybe) mix. He is friendly but I have found rocks smarter, all that to say it is hard to wash him at home, harder to actually get him to a groomer. He is either hugging the ground or hopping over fences and guards.The employee showed me how to work everything, and then left me alone ... Which is really nice when it's embarrassing that you don't have a well trained dog. We then went out, got treats and left all for under $70.”

“1 year ago on June 30th 2023 after an unexpected illness, it became necessary to put my cat down. It was a very painful time for both my kitty and me. Lowell Humane Society made our last moments together beautiful. My little girl was calm and unafraid. They prepared a special place for me to see and hold my beautiful girl after she crossed over. I held her, kissed her, took a long last look and took a picture of her at peace instead of in pain. Everyone was so kind and respectful. Thank you Lowell Humane Society! I am forever grateful!

“This year's (2023) quality of pellet fuel is very good.One thing has really improved. Everyone asks if you need help. I bought extra wood pellets dye cold weather after burning 2 tons. These were inferior wood pellets @$6 a bag. It leaves an odor not normally associated with hardwood which is what it was indicated on the bag to be. Finding a cart to load them on was not easy. It may be time to buy next winters supply from your regular supplier. If you can locate the quality at last year's price with an increase in delivery I suggest you do it. If was another product I'd give them 4 stars but product brings it down a notch. It's an annoying odor that leaves your throat scratchy. It's not COVID.”
“I love bringing my Dachshund puppy to doggy daycare. Every time she comes she is always soooo happy to be there. The girls who take care of her are consistent and my pup absolutely loves them as well. She has separation anxiety usually but when it comes to going to doggy daycare she does not.”
