“I want to thank Clare and Andrew for their professionalism and for addressing any concerns I had. I had significant noise issues from upstairs neighbors, and both Clare and Andrew listened carefully, apologized, and worked quickly to resolve the situation. While the issue took longer to resolve due to circumstances outside their control, they worked hard and eventually solved the problem. I also want to highlight how accessible the leasing office is—they’re usually available in person and always return calls promptly, so I never felt like I was waiting to get in touch. Having lived in multiple managed buildings, I know how important it is for the leasing team to be cordial and responsive, regardless of the solution they can provide. Clare also took the time to communicate my concerns to higher management, which I truly appreciate.”
“I had a great experience working with Paul as he is very accommodating as well as helpful in all areas of living on the property, from getting in touch with maintenance as well as general lease information is very clearly explained by him, and if you are thinking of moving to the building I would definitely recommend getting in touch with Paul Nguyen!”
“Just wanted to give a big shoutout to the front desk team of 303 — they’re amazing! Mustafa (and another gentleman whose name I don’t know) are always super kind, professional, and helpful.
I called a few months after moving out, and Mustafa still remembered me! He was so nice and went out of his way to help with what I needed. It honestly made my day.
It’s rare to meet people who care that much — the management is really lucky to have such great staff at the front desk!”
“I’ve been here about 8 months and couldn’t be happier. The location is close to Boston, public transportation, Porter and Davis Squares and the beautiful, Somerville Community Path. The wonderful staff is professional, helpful and friendly.
The one downside for me is at age 73 I would love for this to be my last residence but the cost and rent increases make that appear to be unlikely.”
“Being homeless is hard on you so when I arrived with my wagon full of stuff I left everything in the lobby near the security guard. I checked in with lesha and we talked for a little while to discuss what apartment I was interested in. After we talked for a while I gave her my mass ID and she gave me the information for the apartment that I was going to look at. One of the tenants in the building helped me figure out how to use the elevator and when I got to the apartment on the 13th floor I couldn't figure out how to open the door so I went back and talked to lesha again. She helped me figure out how to open the door and then I went and checked out this beautiful beautiful one bedroom apartment on the 13th floor. I don't necessarily like the refrigerator but it's uniquely different. The apartment was not made for handicapped individual but it was nice just the same had plenty of room plenty of closet space and there's so many possibilities of how you can decorate this one bedroom apartment. There's enough space across from the kitchen to put a little dining table and some chairs and then close to the window would be your living room so you'd be able to set up your flat screen TV a table a sofa whatever you want then in the bedroom it's big enough for like single bed or full size bed and you still have plenty of space for all the essentials you need you know trash can dresser whatever. They include with the apartment the refrigerator and a microwave and they have a washer and dryer stacked on top of each other when you first come in the door to the apartment. It also includes a dishwasher and a very unique looking oven and stove combination. The only thing I noticed was that the oven and stove are like handicap accessible. The stove is one of those electric cooktop ranges and then underneath is a small standard oven. I don't plan on cooking too much for the holidays in this place it's just not big enough to put in a 10 lb turkey and make all the pies the cakes and the stuffing and big macaroni and cheese that I normally make. I don't like being up high I prefer being down low when it comes to these high rise apartments but this was a very nice place. I enjoyed help everything looked and I enjoyed talking with the security guard and lesha. Thank you for the beautiful experience.”
“I recently signed a lease with Alcott and the leasing team was amazing. Jimmy N specifically was extremely helpful and went out of his way to answer all of our questions and helped us secure the unit we had our eyes set on.”
“I’ve been living at 660 for 3 1/2 years and the staff and concierge are always super helpful and kind!! I have weekly deliveries and Ed & Dave are always on it with assisting me.”
“Matt is the best!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I truly felt compelled to take the time and write a review because of how exceptional our experience has been with Matt, the Leasing Consultant here. It’s rare to find someone in leasing who genuinely cares this much about residents’ experience.
We scheduled an apartment tour online, and Matt gave us an incredibly informative tour. He patiently answered what must have been hundreds of our questions. My husband and I can be a bit of an anxious couple with many follow-ups and double-checks, but Matt has always responded promptly, clearly, and with so much patience. He often went out of his way to make things clear and easy for us --- move-in logistics, billing details, ESA documentation, etc --- Matt truly seems to have an answer or solution for everything.
We really appreciate Matt and honestly credit him as the main reason we decided to sign here. We just moved in last week and already feel right at home.”
“Living at RE150 has been a fantastic experience! The leasing team is incredibly responsive and always helpful, making the process smooth and stress-free. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, which is greatly appreciated. I also love the convenience of the workday shuttles—they’ve been a huge help!”
“We absolutely love this place! The community is great, facilities and amenities and top notch. The management really values and care for their residents, any issue is being dealt with swiftly.”
“Shazam was very helpful to me. Gave me excellent service. Let me in the building to leave a package for a resident so it wasn’t left outside. Highly recommended for his position.”
“I moved here two months ago, and my experience so far has been very positive.
The apartments are comfortable and spacious, and the maintenance team has been excellent—any issues were resolved within 2 days. The landscaping is beautifully maintained. The location is also great, which makes living here convenient.
The only drawbacks are that the gym can get crowded during peak hours, and the pool tends to be busy on hot summer days.”

“We lived at the property for almost 2 years. The maintenance team (led by Mandio) there always went above and beyond whenever we needed them the most. We had our water boiler, air conditioner and dishwasher all give out within weeks of each other. We could have had a very bad experience but thankfully they were there to make sure our issues were promptly fixed and stayed in constant communication while doing so.They were always professional, attentive, and responsive when we needed them. Availability is key for a team like theirs and they exceeded expectations every single time they were needed.
From the very beginning to the very end, Mandio made sure everything went as smooth as possible whenever we had any issues.”

On top of that, 345 Harrison is a great place to live. The building is well-maintained, and the management team seems to care about keeping everything in good shape for the residents.”
“Great place to live! Vannah & Arief are pleasant to work with. The move in process and application was a breeze. When we moved in if we had any small requests it got taken care of so quickly and with no questions. The management & maintenance team make this place special and it should be noted that for people to be aware. They are the ones that make this place special.”
“I had an excellent experience working with Katriana Lombard-Lima during my leasing process at Avalon at Assembly Row. Despite living overseas, Katriana made everything smooth and stress-free. She patiently answered all my questions, provided clear guidance, and ensured I felt confident throughout the process. Her professionalism and responsiveness truly stood out!”
“I live at the Beach House apartments so far three years. I am 54 this year and I realize that after I moved in this building life is really beautiful. I feel like living in Vacation spot like 12 months a year My neighbors very nice intelligent, elegant people.. intelligent workers @ management all incredibly good always helpful. I absolutely give five star for Beach House Revere❤️”
“I’ve been living here for almost 3 years now, and overall, I’ve had a positive experience in general. I hope everyone can find a place that suits them the best.
1. Maintenance: Bruce and his team have consistently done an excellent job. They are always responsive, and most maintenance requests are resolved within 36 hours.
2. Location: The location is fantastic, whether you have a car or not. Within walking distance, you'll find a bakery, coffee shop, Mexican restaurant, Chinese food, and a Japanese ramen spot. There’s also a Stop & Shop and Super 88 Market nearby for groceries. Of course, the subway station is just around the corner.
3. Parking: There are both covered and uncovered parking options available. There may also be public parking nearby, which could be cheaper, though I’m not sure about the specifics.
4. Pets: The building is pet-friendly, which is great if you're a pet owner.
5. Noise: The noise level depends heavily on your neighbors. The walls are a bit thin, so if your neighbors aren't respectful of quiet hours (11 p.m. to 7 a.m.), it can be disruptive. Unfortunately, my neighbor hasn't always followed the community rules, which has been a bit frustrating.”
“I only have good things to say about this apartment.
1. Service: Eduardo Campelo was my leasing agent, and he did a great job answering my questions and requests on time. He made sure to explain everything in detail to me. My interactions with him as well as the rest of the leasing office personnel have been positive, pleasant, and helpful. Great job, guys!
2. Apartment: The apartment has good amenities and was in good condition at move-in.
3. Community: The community is quiet and the grounds are beautiful. The gym is well-equipped. The mail and package system are modern.
Overall, I have a very positive impression of the apartment at move-in. I'm excited to call this home and spend time with family and friends.”

Edit 1/26/26: Hi everyone, i Duane Callender has been a tenant here for over eleven years and counting in this apartment. I've done my best to keep up with my place with the help of the management team and maintenance crew.I Recently spoke with Kaitlyn Doran the building manager and Kristina Kirby the Resident Service Manager, about my unit concerns. I asked if they could help me with getting my bedroom floor rug clean. Kaitlyn suggested replacing it with a vinyl flooring which has been done. The room has been painted too.
Thanks to the maintenance crew, who found the window (s) needs to be replaced and the window is secure for now until the window(s) can be replaced. My washer machine went dead and Kaitlyn had that replaced as well! And finally the kitchen sink was leaking and that is fixed Amen!!!
I would like to thank Kaitlyn Doran, Kristina Kirby, and the maintenance crew Gerorge, Patrick, James for their time and patients dealing with my ongoing unit concerns. Again thank you all for your time and concern in the above mentioned matter.”
“I had a great tour guide, who showed the properties in the very best light. He answered all of my questions, was very patient,. If I choose to live here, he will be one of the main reasons.”
“This is a great community. The managers Kaeleen and Alina are wonderful and kind people. It’s single rooms, shared kitchen and bathrooms and quite affordable for the area of Boston. Security guard over night too. Love this place”

“As a resident of Metro Marina Bay for nearly 7 years I have nothing but great things to say about the property - and the lovely people who manage and maintain it! They are attentive to details and treat every resident like family. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an alternative to city living, the proximity to the city - and all that Quincy / Marina Bay has to offer can’t be beat.”
“The entire move in process was great. Excellent customer service, apartment was very clean. Maintenance is always on time.
Location is great for everyday commute, quiet and clean environment. My entire stay at Princeton crossing was beautiful. I have and will always recommend them.”
“We live in Royal Belmont for more than 1,5 year. We are in love with our appartment and the place. Everything is so close to the building and not too much traffic. Moreover, I want to thank manager Chris Gillis, who was our remote coordinator and showed us the amenity online, when we were phisically in Kazakhstan. Chris is truly exceptional! He goes above and beyond for residents, always responding quickly, solving issues efficiently, and treating everyone with kindness and respect. His professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail make living here such a great experience. The Royal Belmont has very friendly and diverse community, so future residents please come here, you will love this place and people! Best, Dana”
“I had an exceptional experience working with Stacy Hayertz at the Lofts at Kendall Square. From our very first interaction, Stacy stood out for her professionalism, responsiveness, and above all, her solutions-oriented approach. She didn’t just answer my questions—she anticipated my needs and proactively offered thoughtful, tailored solutions every step of the way.
Whether it was navigating lease details, exploring options that matched my preferences, or addressing logistics with clarity and patience, Stacy made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Her deep knowledge of the property and genuine desire to help, made a huge difference.
What impressed me most was Stacy’s willingness to go the extra mile. She treated every concern, big or small, with care and attention, and I always felt like a priority—not just another transaction. It’s rare to find someone so professional, helpful, and personable all in one.
The Lofts at Kendall Square is lucky to have her—she’s a true asset to the team, and because of her, I’m confident I made the right decision in choosing this community.
Thank you, Stacy!”

“Brandywyne village is the best place to live in Massachusetts. I have been living here for 4.5 years. I am so pleased with the wonderful staff for their professionalism. Whenever I need a service for my apartment a work order is submitted with the help of a nice staff member in the office and immediately my request is satisfied. Everyone here is a such hard working employee. My love language is kindness and here at Brandywyne village every single person is absolutely kind and respectful towards me. The all village is so clean, well maintained and definitely safe. I am not planning to move out anytime soon. So please make plans to move here at Brandywyne village and see for yourself.
