“Took the free airport shuttle to the car rental terminal. Used the automated machines to complete my booking which included inserting my drivers license. Once completed I got a printed ticket/document to take to the car lot. Handed this over and got a choice of cars in my rental range. Car was perfect condition. Upon returning the car signage was perfect and easy change over. Quick walk around the car and off we went.”
“I had a great experience yesterday thanks to one car rental company. I had a reservation with another provider, but when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, there was no one at the desk. I called the contact number, but the response was less than helpful. In the end, I decided to cancel with that company and rent from the friendly representative at the other desk. “The car was great and with low mileage which I had to request because the first vehicle offered had 56k miles on it. Lastly, I appreciate you washing the car but the windows are dirty and frankly a hazard. While your employees are not busy, maybe they can keep the windows and mirrors clean.”
