Richard at the North Grafton store has always been efficient and very patient with this old lady. Prior staff at that location have been patronizing, not Richard.

I need it phone upgrade, I went to Verizon store Auburn location. I was greeted by Verizon rep Austin. During the whole process, there were so many technical difficulties, but, Austin was very professional very knowledgeable, no BS and very patient.
