“SmartFix is excellent and professional! Our son's tablet is almost 3 years old. The screen cracked. We were concerned it could not be fixed. SmartFix fixed it in two days, for a much less expensive price than a new tablet. We hope the need will not arise again, but if it does, we're happy to know a reasonable, reliable place for repair.”

“Fantastic service! My friend recently got a new phone because his old phone was not turning on. So we were having trouble getting into his Google account on the new one. So we took his old one here and a friendly employee immediately got to work helping us and taking apart the old phone. Replaced the power button to no avail but came to the conclusion it was the motherboard and would need further repairs if we so inclined. She didn't want to charge us but I gave her a tip anyway! You are in good hands if you go here!”

“I switched from ATT to verizon today for my family. It was a road, trying to get it done, lots of it on the ATT side, so if you make that specific shift, might take some time. I was there for quite awhile. Jayden was solid throughout, worked with me until we eventually got it done. Very knowledgeable, patient, persistent, easy to work with. His new trainee was very nice as well, not sure I got her name. I feel bad - there was another customer there behind me that had to wait as I was taking so long. He got frustrated and left a bad review. It wasn’t even an issue that Jayden could help him with….”

“Xpert Wireless is the kind of local business that is great to have in the Worcester community. They have years of wireless experience, and it shows in the way they work with their Customers. The team is friendly, knowledgeable and focused on helping people find the right solution for what they actually need. Whether it is repairing a phone, purchasing a device or accessories, getting a refill, or activating Ultra Mobile service, there is a lot they can help with under one roof. What I really appreciate is the personal service. Angel takes the time to answer questions, explain options and make Customers feel welcome. “As with all other stores of target , this one was also very well organized and clean . Always love to check this store for any offers and discounted prices . They had so many good deals for dress/ shoes etc . There is a Starbucks inside . shopping and coffee helps overall ... not Many store associates Around to help. Billing is a little slow , because all the counters were closed and they only had auto-checkout machines.. prices are a little high as compared to other stores , but they do price match if u show them competitive prices . Lots and lots of parking outside ... Overall a good experience”
