“On 7/15/24 I brought my iPad into the Verizon Store on Technology Dr. in Hudson MA. Three days prior my iPad had lost its cellular connection. I had the good fortune of having Michael assist me. He spent quite a bit of time trying to resolve the problem on his own, with assistance from another employee and with tech support over the phone. Additionally he was able to help other customers while working on my issue. We were getting to the point that I was going to have to go to the Apple Store and determine if it was a hardware vs a network issue. One last attempt and success was achieved! He could have thrown up his hands at any point but didn’t. Verizon is lucky to have Michael (sorry I don’t remember his last name) as an employee. When it’s time to upgrade I will definitely return to this Verizon store. Thank you Michael and thank you Verizon,”
“I brought my computer in to be worked on by Abdul. He diagnosed the issue quickly and promised I would have it back before I had an exam that I needed my computer for. He fixed the issue he initially diagnosed but unfortunately there were a few things wrong with my computer and he needed to work on it more. Luckily I had a second laptop available to me that I could borrow for school. If I didn't though Abdul was going to lend me one at no cost and even after I kept telling him I had an extra he continued to remind me that he had plenty of loaners available to give me. It took a little bit longer for Abdul to fix the multiple issues with my computer because he was waiting for parts. He kept me update through the whole process. It was ready after about a week and I went to pick it up and for no charge Abdul got me an exact copy of my laptop. He explained that the issues with my old laptop were too involved to be worth fixing and would take more time so he completely switched out my laptops seamlessly. I was able to login into the new laptop and all my programs and files were there. And he did this for no cost after he said the computer was fixed with the initial issue. This man was helpful, kind, skilled and knowledgeable. He saved me a lot of trouble and he held himself to a high standard as a businessman. I plan to bring any future computer or phone issues I have to him and I know I will be treated respect and as a neighbor.”
“SmartFix is excellent and professional! Our son's tablet is almost 3 years old. The screen cracked. We were concerned it could not be fixed. SmartFix fixed it in two days, for a much less expensive price than a new tablet. We hope the need will not arise again, but if it does, we're happy to know a reasonable, reliable place for repair.”

My son's iPhone stopped charging, so we stopped in.. no appointment needed..The woman was right there at the desk and my son told her what the problem was she took his phone and fixed it RIGHT THEN AND THERE!!!!!!! I am so grateful we were able to take care of the problem right away, my son needs his phone for work etc. VERY FRIENDLY, RELIABLE AND EFFICIENT!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND FIVE STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Gary was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. He transferred the information from my old phone to my new one, which I purchased from Google. He also erased all the data from my old phone so I could return it to Google for cash. He double-checked that all my information had transferred properly and that my new phone was functioning correctly before I left Verizon. “I recently visited the AT&T store in Shrewsbury to switch my phone numbers to AT&T. My salesperson, Travon Howard, was absolutely fantastic!
Travon took the time to clearly explain all the benefits of different plans, and even provided a printout for me to review at my own pace. This made the decision-making process much easier. He also found the most affordable option for swapping our old phones for new ones, ensuring we got great phones under the deal.
Travon was upfront about the potential for a higher first month's bill, but he clearly explained the reason behind it. This transparency was very much appreciated.
Overall, Travon made the entire process smooth and efficient. It's no wonder AT&T stores have such high ratings!”
“As with all other stores of target , this one was also very well organized and clean . Always love to check this store for any offers and discounted prices . They had so many good deals for dress/ shoes etc . There is a Starbucks inside . shopping and coffee helps overall ... not Many store associates Around to help. Billing is a little slow , because all the counters were closed and they only had auto-checkout machines.. prices are a little high as compared to other stores , but they do price match if u show them competitive prices . Lots and lots of parking outside ... Overall a good experience”

I ran into some issues with my account but Hector got me through every step even though I had to leave and come back he was more than helpful the entire time throughout the day. “Due to a miscommunication on FedEx and the online shopping app wish this business received an unfair review that had nothing to do with their service. The employees here are very pleasant. When their is a miscommunication if you ask them about it, they are usually very knowledgeable and can explain the circumstances to you. Very friendly. Good service. Well recommended.”

“More like Jiminy Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer! I say this because of the wonder this establishment produced for me. To start I should be clear! THIS IS NOT A RESTAURANT! Also! THIS IS NOT AN FOOD STORE FOR EXOTIC PETS!! Confusing I know, but trust me when I say this is probably a useful store. I've been hearing that people have been talking about getting telephones a lot recently and I have good news for you! I think this place sells those specifically! I say I think as I wasn't able to go into this aforementioned phone arena. They were closed when I walked by, but they do have windows in the front that showed some of their products. I mean I couldn't see it too well as I was across the street. But I think they sell phones! I don't know if they are the best phones, but I do know that there is a standing mailbox outside of it which is pretty darn helpful!So whether you have something to mail or you want to look and see if this store has phones for you, there is no need to "Wish Upon a Star" you can just come to Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer when they are open! Unless you just want to use the mailbox, in which case I think that's always open.Also when I was younger I learned how to draw Pinocchio from the VHS cover pretty good. I could only draw this and the cigarette man from Doonesbury. I was praised for one and got in trouble for the other. This sort of neutralized my thoughts on drawing as an activity for me.”

I couldn't use Waze or Maps and it was driving me nuts.r I bought a couple of cheap parts on amazon (GPS signal antenna and WiFi antenna) & Gokhan was able to fix my phone in like 30-40 mins. “Very happy with the service at this Verizon location. I’ve stopped in 3x since March and each time was great. Today I needed a new screen protector and had a billing issue that I tried to resolve myself last month with Verizon customer service over the phone, and I was told it was resolved but it wasn’t. Jorge at this location helped me actually resolve this billing issue once and for all, and perfectly installed the new screen protector. Thank you!
